I have seen Matt a number of times over the years for any injury I have endured. Every time without doubt I leave feeling better. He also makes sure they the exercises you leave with, are tailored to you and defiantly help with your healing process! I will continue to see Matt and recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I have been going to Matt at RPPR for many years now. Prior to starting, we both had constant back and neck pain, but after several weeks of attending just one personalised class per week for each of us, we no longer suffer with contstant pain. We will continue with our sessions for as long as we can ensuring we maintain the core and physical strength we have achieved though Matts pilates classes. Hes a brilliant physio and lovely guy who always gives us the push we need to work just that little bit harder :-)

The clinical Pilates classes run by Matt are really great. He tailors them to what you want to work on and is able to get the results you want. He also really understands your injury or pain and educates you on how to progress forward.

I've been seeing matt for awhile now he has helped me in my recovery and getting my injuries right for footy. Highly recommend Matt
