I have stayed here multiple times and always been impressed. The staff are lovely, and this stay is for our wedding anniversary and we got a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely hand written note. Such a personal and special touch.

You won't be disappointed staying here. Central location with incredible amenities close by. Definitely 5 stars!

The suite was lovely, comfortable, had a fully equipped kitchen where everything worked and most importantly clean. The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The hotel staff were great to converse with and very professional! The other facilities looked great but unfortunately we didn’t get to use them due to time constrains.

Absolutely lovely, we are regulars! Wouldn't have it any other way. Smells nice, clean, consistent, amazing staff! Bella and Zac looked after us very well today! 100% recommend if you are looking to stay at the Gold Coast.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Meriton suites! Very neat and clean room. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Staff were extremely helpful.
Stayed there for 4 nights, originally was supposed to be 3 nights but we asked if we could add an extra night to our stay and had no problem with securing an extra night. The views were amazing from the 20th floor! We also had express housekeeping added to our booking which was very lovely. Very close to the tram, the casino, shops etc. Was only a 10 min drive/tram ride to surfers paradise which was very handy. Short walk to Pacific Fair. The pool was fantastic to use after a hot day. Overall our stay there was 10/10. Highly recommend staying at the Meriton suites in Broadbeach.

Absolutely loved our state at Meriton broadbeach It was our anniversary weekend and everything was just so amazing! The service was great, facilities were amazing and only a short walk to some of the most amazing restaurants and Pacific fair. We were made to feel extra special. We definitely will be coming again!

Customer service from check in to check out was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with an ocean view - and what a beautiful view!! We found that bath mats hadn't been provided and within 5 minutes of calling reception they were brought up. The restaurants and Woolworths are an easy 5 minutes walk away and Pacific Fair, the Casino and the tram stop are also within an easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here

This is our first time visit to Meriton Suite and I remember when we first arrived to the lobby of the hotel it was crowded and we were lining up at the back of the line and one of the staff member name Jake greet us with his big smile and help us with the check ins. Not only he guide us with perfect information about our stay and the hotel facilities, he did well to give us some very useful recommendations what we can do around the hotel too. Other than that he help us solved a couple issues we have during the stay. We are very happy with our trip because of his excellent service. Will choose Meriton Suite again for our next Gold Coast trip. Thanks for the excellent service.

An impressive place to stay. Not one untidy bit to see, clean throughout from the basement carpark through to the room. Staff are available, professional and friendly to deal with. The facilities are great. Everything is well maintained. Could not find anything to fault about the room. Its location is very convenient. Had the most wonderful stay.

Stayed on level 13 for about 6 days. We had views of the beach, living room with 50inch TV, dining table, kitchen with free milk/teas/coffee, kettle, cutlery, hair dryer, mirrored robe, decent fridge, free gym, 2 pools - indoor and outdoor, spa underground parking and 3 lifts. Across the road from star casino and walking distance to tram and Pacific fair. Great location.

We have stayed at the Meriton twice in the last 12 months now and will definitely stay here again. Location is great, it’s walking distance to everything in Broadbeach. The amenities of the hotel are great and staff are very friendly.

My partner, 2 teens and I stayed once again at meriton suites at broadbeach gold coast and were very happy with the rooms and services.
We stayed from 1/4/24 to 6/4/24 .
Originally meant to stay till the 5/4/24 but our flight got cancelled and Meriton staff were very quick and professional at organising a room for us to stay an extra night . They staff member Bernadette even went beyond by showing us the room/s available allowing us to choose what was suitable for us..
We didn't even need to wait for 3pm check-in . Simply quick transfer from rooms..
We love staying at Meriton , as they are reasonably priced professional, quick, friendly service. The location is very convenient as it provides shops , restaurants, cafes, and beach, the Casino , trams, buses, all within reach from the Meriton suites..
Highly recommend it ..

Check in was such a lovely experience with Jake being so professional and friendly, we even got a complimentary upgrade to a newly refurbished luxury suite, which was beautiful, modern and spacious. The location and convenience 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc is an added bonus. This is our 2nd time visiting and we are always very happy with our stay.

I have stayed here about 2 or 3 times before and recommend Meriton Broadbeach highly for its customer service. Today I was again shown exceptional customer service and understanding from Oliver the afternoon Manager at reception. I personally cannot thank him enough for his help and kindness. I look forward to booking here in future again :)

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apt for 4 nights. Clean and spacious apartment. Surprisingly quiet despite facing the highway side. Lovely staff, gym small for such a big complex but everything was working so no complaints. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach, shops/supermarket and restaurants were all a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff have been so helpful and accommodating during our stay at Meriton. The 2 bedroom apartment completely suited our needs especially when having a newborn.

Spacious rooms, clean, great location. Desk staff were polite and attentive.
Gym ticks the box and pools are terrific. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurant precinct or casino.

Great location with it being so close to the tram stop and the bus stop to and from the airport. Rooms are super clean and there was great service throughout our stay, with great facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym and bike rentals.

Always a good place to book when staying in the GC - away from all the chaos of surfers. Really nice hotel with great amenities.
