i absolutely adore coming here after a long day at school and looking on the app and seeing deals. my heart aches when i witness the spectacular service coming from these charming young employees. will definitely be visiting again and enduring this extraordinary customer service and food quality. 12/10!!!!

This is actually quite a nice McDonald's compared to others I've been to

Went to Robina food court one weekend early after they opened and got served by a guy who seemed to be the only one there. He took my order and sounded vibrant and happy to serve me and not sluggish like every other maccas. He then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and very quickly prepared my meal and served it to me and the burger was actually assembled properly and not like how every burger I order which has half the fillings fallen out of the buns I think his name badge said Zane / Zach or something.

I go through the drive through almost every day to get my morning coffee as the baristas here are fantastic! However, I mainly want to give a shout-out to the lovely guy at the through drive each morning. He is so friendly and always sends me on my way feeling happy. Keep up the good work mate!

Staff there always great, but today Jane the store manager went above and beyond. After Menu Log totally stuffed the delivery, Jane sorted the issue for us immediately. Thanks Jane, U R a lifesaver. I'd rather crawl there than get Menu Log again. cheers, Peter :)

I have meetings and work from this awesome store, Robyn is so friendly, knows everyone's names and usually their coffee orders. Clean, tidy and the food is always fresh and hot.

Great food the employees are friendly and helpful they also have 2 drivethrough lanes

This was a positive experience. They accidently charged me for someone elses order. They were really apologetic and the manager reversed the transaction immediately and made my order complimentary for the inconvenience. Also the add to the experience my large fries was hot and full (seems rare). So I wanted to congratulate the staff for turning this around so well and I didnt need to complain or anything. Well done.

Excellent young crew here this morning. Happy to take my order verbally rather than the "beat the queue" console. Cuppa and muffin delivered to me in less than a minute with smiles. 😁

Every single time I've driven through I have to say the service has been amazing. The staff on drive through are pleasant, professional and have amazing communication skills. I've never had a bad experience with drive through.

I ordered a family box and 24 nuggets last night. It was very busy but Caleb managed to get my order packed and ready in under 3 minutes! I was very impressed and hope to see more staff like him in the future.

Called in at 1am for hotcakes and a coffee and the coffee was perfect temperature,not too hot but just right..
Thank you to the night manager who made it. The best I've had at McDonald's so far.

Visited Robina Food Court McDonald’s over the weekend and had stellar service from an employee named Taylah, she was lovely and bubbly and made my entire day. Honestly the best service I’ve had in a while!

Great customer service from a lovely girl called Punnett, she was so patient but yet efficient 10/10

The young staff are Always happy to please & do everything that they can for you. Also make the best Full Cream Capp, with 1 sugar & an extra shot 😋👌😘😘

There was a girl out the back in the kitchen, she was so busy but she worked super hard. Food was delicious too 😏

Caleb was very efficient and professional with us in the drive through which definitely made our big order a lot easier.

Friendly staff, good food and great coffee. Love this place. In peak times it can get busy in the drive thru
