I got my carpet replaced 2 weeks ago. I must say Accent Carpets has made the process so seamless. Carolynne and Jude in the office are so friendly and made it so easy for me to choose the right carpet and underlay. I made so many trips bringing home samples and it was never a problem.
Even my final payment could be delayed due to my monthly credit card limit. I've never dealt with a company who is so accommodating.
Shane and Jim who replaced my carpet were so professional and got on with their job with no hassles at all. It was fantastic that they could move my big furniture around. It was a long day for them but well done guys.
I would not hesitate to recommend Accent Carpet to my family and friends.

Accent Carpets replaced our carpets a couple of weeks ago. It was a seamless process from obtaining a quote with several options to completion. Above all, it was the most affordable estimate we had received.

Initial consultation was great and Jude is very knowledgeable. Helped a lot when choosing floorboards as a first time buyer.
Installation great as well with top quality finish. Could probably do with a second installer to help with installation time but overall great experience.
