We have been planning an event and decided to use this company for our marquee, flooring and props. From the first initial email to set up and delivery we couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. The wet weather made things more difficult for us but the team was able to work with us to find the best solution. Thank you for all your help and providing such quality products. Will definitely be using your business again.

I placed an order only to realise I wanted to add to it. Customer service was very responsive and obliging to my request, and I received 2 separate express post deliveries within a couple of days. The items received were all as described and well priced. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company and would not use them again. The communication was terrible and the chairs we hired were filthy when they were dropped off and half of the chair pads were the wrong colour (half black, half white with clear chairs). We called them straight away and told them and were told the chairs were “a bit dusty and to just put the chair pads on and it will be ok”. The entire chair was dirty and if people sat on them like that they would have got dirty and we were going to need to clean them all. The lady that answered was rude and told us that she had no vehicle and so couldn’t bring us the correct coloured chair pads, we had been planning this event for months and having the wrong coloured chair pad was going to ruin the entire look of the event. My mum spoke to this lady on my behalf when I started to get upset and she told my mum that “you shouldn’t get upset over Chairs” amongst other shocking things. That seems like a strange thing to say when you own a chair hire business and your customer is spending a few hundred dollars to hire these chairs. After a long and upsetting conversation the owner sent someone out to wipe the chairs and change the chair pads to the right colour. It was unnecessary stress that was added to our event which could have been avoided. I sent an email expressing my concerns and did not hear back. There are lots of other companies out there that hire chairs so I would recommend using someone else.

I hired a few items off this place on more than one occasion. The last time I hired a garden wall. Was given a different one to what we wanted. Owner apologized and admitting they stuffed up but could not get us the correct one as they were too busy and told us we would get a refund on the wall. When we dropped off item owner would not reply to calls and a few hours later texted me back saying we had used the wall (which we did due to having it at home and was better than not using one at all) and was rejecting the refund.
Do not recommend at all. Communication throughout the business isn’t great. Not a great way to run a business.
