Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Castle Hill - Castle Towers

Visited today to make use of the end of the year benefits and was helped by optical assistant Jonathan.
He was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the glasses I wanted which turned out to be a task. Even though the store was very busy he gave my husband and I excellent customer service. He should get a bonus or a raise because he made Castle Hill look great!! Steve the optician was also wonderful.

The team is amazing and under the leadership of the proprietor Nitin these guys offer a world class service. Being such a busy and popular spot they always have staff smiling and willing to help all the time. The optometrist only has the best interest at heart and advice is nothing but valuable. My whole family goes there and I highly recommend this store. Would never go anywhere else.

Had a very positive experience at Castle hill soecsavers.
Children 12 & 8 were very well looked after and had a lot of help choosing the right frames. The girls Especially enjoyed being able to choose 2 pairs.

Dropped in without an appointment on the Thursday before Christmas Day. Walked out 20 minutes later having ordered two sets of glasses. All four staff members I dealt with were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It would not be possible to improve on the service. Top job, guys.

My Optometrist very professional and polite. The Optometrist took time to ensure that the new set of lenses suited my requirements for reading and working on a computer. Very happy with the service provided by all staff members.

The staff at the Castle Hill store are lovely. I came in close to closing time after wasting 30mins of my time at a competitors store and they could not be more helpful and attentive. They organised a quick check of my eyes and sorted out some contacts that fit well for me whilst I waited for my usual contacts to be delivered. Thanks team.

There is no competition when it comes to price and services. I recently had hearing aids fitted and the audiologist, Naa KK Armah, was fantastic. She had a great sense of humour and was very professional, patient and thorough. She showed me all that I needed to know in a very practical way and made sure that I understood what was necessary. The hearing aids themselves are amazing and have transformed my hearing. Many thanks to Naa and Specsavers!

My optometrist Tim H. was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being a very busy practice, they saw me without an appointment. Tim took the time to listen to my concerns, acted on the, and explained the health of my eyes to me. I cannot recommend him and the branch enough!

First time going in to Spec Savers yesterday at Castle Towers . Greeted by James , very polite man and then on to Andrew who did my eye test . Couldn’t have asked for a better team of people .
