Staff are always friendly and helpful. Location is also very convenient.

I know the owners since they open the shop in Ocean Shores and I never had a single problem with them or ever witnessed any issues with costumers, or had anyone telling me anything disagreeable about them. We are very lucky to have such young and good professionals working here. Great service!!!!

Great service, BJ and staff are friendly people who's there to help. Would like to see bit more books and stuff for your office work, the toys are taking over a bit.

As a local for over 20 years and supporting local businesses I have to say that I was totally gobsmacked with my dealings today with BJ from the ocean shores PO, whom I have known for many years as we rented a post box from him. He is rude, not willing to help, not caring and shouldn’t be in business. Not willing to help a local and hold a birthday package, knowing it was for me. He sent it back to the sender on Tuesday after it arrived Monday, knowing I was going to call in and pick it up, as I had been in previously to advise it was coming with our old P.O. Box number on it. Disgusting service and would never recommend anyone to go there. Sorry BJ you have lost me. You need a change of attitude mate.

The people who own this are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. The guy who works there opened my parcel and looked inside violating my privacy because he was going to try and charge me with some bubble wrap I walked in with. This is my local post office and I never use it unless I am collecting a parcel.

Paid BJ to fix my iPhone, before I left that store it was working but when I arrived home the screen turned blank. When I returned to the PO to explain what had happened he accused me of changing the phone screen and stealing the new one he had installed... after a lengthy debate I got my money back, BJ is a joke.

Plenty of other post offices in the area, as locals it’s important we support who is respectful of us. Many a friend has had a bad experience here.

Rude and not interested in helping at all.
Would not listen to my concern. Kept telling me to call Australia Post. Feel sorry for the locals if it’s the only PO in the area.
