Such bad customer service! The ladies that work here don't know how to treat customers, they won't greet you and don't have the authority to make decisions without their bosses consent. I bought 4 (expensive) postcards for my mom, but she didn't like them so I wanted to return them, but they don't do refunds or vouchers or whatsoever. The only option they gave me is coming back on Tuesday to talk to the boss... The receipt doesn't say anything about this bad refund policy, so how was I supposed to know they don't do refunds/vouchers?!
