This store is amazing. There’s no other bulk food store like it in the northern rivers. The whole experience of being in here is delightful, there is love and attention to detail in sourced foods - and they pass on the benefit of bulk buying to customers. It’s rare. Thank you.

Stopped past this wonderful little store on a holiday back in January. Staff were very friendly and helpful, wearing masks appropriately (thank goodness; finally a ‘healthy’ store that actually cares about their communities health), clean space, great range of stock and good value. The owner was so helpful she even supplied me with a number of her recipes, I would be here all the time if I lived locally. Thanks again Food Culture, I can’t wait to come back.

Always such a pleasure making a trip to the bulk store. The staff are so friendly and lovely. Such a wide variety of really good quality food. Peaceful and always great music.

Unbelievable that people leave so many rude complaints here. I work with many stores, and this is honestly one of the best.

Complaints are from a mean group of anti-vaxxers who put their own hurt feelings before the welfare of people who are working hard, and with heart.

This bulk shop is the most reasonably priced ANYWHERE - seriously make note of pricing wherever you go. From memory maca powder $22 per kilo, have seen same one $58 elsewhere. Others are greedy and rip you off, not Samidha. All heart. Sad that some guests abuse the staff over muzzle wearing in these Orwellian times. I never wear a muzzle, but do for businesses that I love and respect, I do. Samidha would much rather not wear one, has health challenges by wearing one, BUT, in order to keep her open for her and her staff's sake, I will.

Great store, lovely staff, awesome assortment of tasty goodies at a fraction of the price of Coles. These selfish anti- maskers are basically just trolls more interested in themselves than genuine stores and decent human beings.

Five stars across all categories! Totally bewildered by the negative reviews. Owner of the store and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful during my visit. I’ll definately be returning to this store. Highly recommend.

Amazing selection of herbs, spices and bulk goods. The staff are super friendly and they make an effort to source organic and Australian products where possible, with a lot of options to suit different lifestyles.

This is a wonderful health food shop. Friendly staff. Fantastic range of products . Ease of access especially for people with disabilities. Love this shop.

What a horrible shopping experience. The lady serving was extremely patronising. I will never set foot in this shop again.

Last week my mum went in an bought a special flour and ordered a 5kg bag, however today when she went and asked if the bag had come in, the owner of the shop said to her “ It’s the last bag and you can’t have it because I’m keeping it for my regulars” even though my mum had ordered it in...
It’s my daughters birthday on Mon our parents are here from interstate to celebrate. All my mum wanted to do was make some special treats for the celebration - hence why she ordered in a bag! I should also mention that once my mum left the owner proceeded to talk badly about her to the shop attendant ALL because she asked for the bag she ordered!!!
The lady who owns this shop is incredibly rude and nasty!! The girls that work in the shop are lovely - it’s such a shame. While the prices on some items are cheaper than elsewhere I don’t think she deserves the business. You don’t treat people like that!

Used to spend lots of money here every week. Loved this store and would of been a long term customer (I’m a local). Rejected at the door despite having a medical exemption for wearing a mask…. Will never shop here again and will never recommend. Rude staff - discrimination at its finest - Samantha (google review isn’t working so posted for a friend)

Some people let fear guide them and unfortunately after hearing so many stories of people being discriminated against I won’t support this business. Do whatever you like but don’t deny people their basic human rights. Let’s hope we see less businesses discriminating and more with compassion. There’s plenty of bull food stores around that treat people with compassion go there...leave these people to their discriminating all by themselves.
