H&R Block Tax Accountants - Port Douglas

We have used the services of the H&R Block Port Douglas for 7 years. We have found their services to be very professional and no fuss. Never is an issue is too great and their follow up service is excellent. Michael Knowles in particular is to be commended on his thoroughness and understanding of the taxation system. I was faced with a sizeable result in having to pay out until Michael stepped in and through his understanding and knowledge identified an anomaly and this resulted in a favourable return in my favour. So pleased are we with the professionalism and service, we continue to seek the service of H&R Block and Michael in particular even though we have moved to another state.

Can i give 10 stars? H&R Port Douglas is simply perfect. From the wonderful kind and helpful person who answered the phone to the accountant who did my work I have nothing but the highest praise. My taxes were done in such a fast, efficient and professional manner that it all seem too easy. The prompt replies, the help with stupid questions and their compassion for my circumstances made me feel as if I was their only client..... even thought I knew that they were super busy.
