St.George Branch Pacific Fair

The best bank service I have received in years! After being a long term customer of one of the four big banks, I moved our home loan over to St George and this branch in particular provided exceptional customer service! I highly recommend coming into this branch and arranging a meeting with manager Katie Vaughan who made me and my partner incredibly at ease with every decision and process. I never thought I would write a recommendation for banking service, but we were very impressed!

Fix your ATM, ATM is always out of service.

A once great bank is now replaced with pathetic service and useless staff. Australian. Banking is an archaic nightmare.

Poor customer service by some staff. One lady was helpful and friendly but she couldn't help me with my query and asked another team member to help me. The second team member was very abrupt and lacked knowledge. I myself suggested a solution to my need and it worked. I will never again use this branch's services.

Not welcoming this morning the lady opening the door was speaking to me in loud voice from a distance. Than she takes me in her cabin and starts an argument . I got upset she treated me like I have come in to disturb her hello I walked in to discuss my home loan and the drama. Another staff came to my rescue. My lord we dont need to be treated like this. Where is the customer service gone? Everything is online she says even the branch lenders! than when we been calling for weeks yet no one replies.

Dealt with lending “specialist” Kirstin today, very unsatisfied with her customer service skills and demeanour. Put up a lot of roadblocks and seemed genuinely disinterested in helping me. Not to mention how much follow up I had to do to get her on the phone.

Worst bank on the planet
