Sarah at the office was amazing at tracking down my lost property! She called around and did an amazing job, great customer service. The driver was also great about returning the items as well.

Picked up at Hobart Airport by Nazmul and returned the next morning to take us back. A very polite and extremely helpful driver. Pity more not like him. Thanks Nzmul

Excellent service, lovely and cheerful staff specially Jess and the driver Andrew. We booked a maxi cab to Mt. wellington and the cab got delayed somehow. Jess from customer service was very kind and courteous to me and my wife and took good care in her tent and kept us hydrated while it was hot and sunny outside! Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work guys!

Using the service few times on short trips, I never had any issues. On time, clean car and polite drivers. The 13cabs app is handy to book online allowing my location which also shows the taxi on the map similar to Uber. Probably, the service improving but the Corolla hatchback seems less spacious to me.

Great booking experience - can arrived at right address at the time it was booked. Spotless vehicle, driver knew where he was going, and got me there in good time for my appointment. Very happy to recommend and will certainly use again.

I have been a customer for the last several years now and I have not once had a problem with any of the drivers. They are all so professional and accommodating to the customers requests (specifically in my case the maxi taxi drivers)
