After being butchered as a child by other dentists from a different era, I have now been attending this clinic over the last 10 years. I am a person who has a complete phobia of dental procedures, I can say with honesty and transparency how comfortable I am with this practice. The staff are amazing whilst the dentists are incredible, human and accomodate the fears I held against this profession. Their ability to communicate and deliver is second to none. Thank you Melinda and staff.

Lovely atmosphere and always feel I am in the best of care with Dr Melinda Stein and Dr Amelia Lawson!!! I am more than happy to recommend this clinic, especially if you have a growing family. My kids are always relaxed and love going to this place!!

I have depression and an anxiety personality disorder and never have I before felt so relaxed about seeing the dentist. All staff help you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I feel that I will come in for those 6 monthly check ups you should have. 😊

Melinda and her team are the most caring and accommodating dentists I have ever known. Great for with kids. Easy to get a car park nearby is also a great bonus.

Amelia is honest and friendly and makes coming to the dentist fun!

May I say from the start, the actual dental work, the dentists and assistants at Shannon Dental Care are all very professional, competent and efficient.

From a dental treatment perspective I would give them 5 stars.

What initially surprised me and subsequently annoyed me was the $55 added to my bill for a “limited oral examination”.

I went in for a broken tooth and it was the total focus of the dentist (save for updating/confirming information on my card).
She did a wonderful wonderful job of fixing my tooth but to say I also had an oral examination, limited or otherwise is absolute nonsense.

My dentist may have looked into my mouth as one would look at a new lounge room you had entered for the first time in a time frame of perhaps 10 seconds.

I appreciate the long hours of study completed by the dentists (I also studied at university-full time for 7 years) but charging $55 is ridiculous.

I am sure if the Dental Clinic reads this and respond they will justify it (at least to them selves) but I was there.

Would I go back to Shannon Ave Dental Clinic; for the dental work definitely yes, for their pricing philosophy, probably not.

2 stars if that.after moving home 3 yrs ago and using them as the first bulk bill doctor i came across i had re odds from qld sent to them and still they try and pump me with anti depressants and psych drugs rather that what i’ve been taking for yrs .tollway ignoring my history,last consult ended with the dr rat a only giving me a weeks supply instead of a month.

I’ve been there 3 or 4 times it’s been great but today I went for my appointment after waiting almost 2 months for my appointment and I left very disappointed and not even seeing the dentist who I can’t remember her name unfortunately and I thought the dentist would have a half interest in what happened and would give me a call but obviously we are just numbers in the bank 😡😡
