I came across this label in a boutique store in Tanunda, South Australia. After falling in love with a couple of their pieces I decided to buy a large number of items direct through their website. While I am very happy with the fit and quality of the products, the customer service is certainly lacking. I have sent numerous emails regarding exchanging an item they sent me in the wrong colour but have had absolutely no correspondence back after a month. Very disappointing because I love the clothes.

Almost 2.5 months since I placed my order, items still not delivered, not responding to my emails, no tracking info, no idea what is going on.
EDIT: Changed to 2 stars because my items arrived after 3 months and I finally received a response. The issues for delivery were credited to China lockdowns. They are good quality and fit well.

Still no contact from the company. It looks like they have failed as a business but are unwilling to pay any respect to their customers. They have taken my money and not sent me my order after numerous times contacting them. I apologise, but I will have to escalate this issue as I still have not heard from you. The money doesn't matter; lack of respect and communication for customers does. Will esclate this with Consumer protection. I didn't want to have to as I have purchased items in the past and their clothing is really nice, I'm not sure what is going on lately with the company but simple communication would be appreciated.

Update 2 weeks later since posting original review. No contact from company my order number is 23413.i would appreciate you to contact me within the next 3 business days or will be raising my complaint with consumer protection. This is absolutely appalling the way you treat your customers- no contact when a complaint has been made- no items received and happy to take peoples money. Not too sure how you are still operating. Have tried to contact the contact number saying it is not connected. Seems like a fraud and wanted to warn others to keep away.

Hi, this is now the third time I've reached out enquiring about my order I've paid for and have not yet received. My order number is 23413 and it was placed on the 2/8/23. I've contacted you twice with no reply and hence why I am displaying this publicly to warn others not to purchase from you. You have had two opportunities to reply to my messages, so if this is damaging to your business then that has been your choice. Hopefully this message will encourage you to reach out to me. All I would like is what I have paid for thank you

Tom Langford is the owner of a business that doesn't pay his employees.
3 staff members myself included are owed superannuation which has never been paid and that doesn't include back pay for wages that wasn't paid.
This business is shonky and so is he

They sent me out the wrong sized shirts. I have sent multiple requests to return or swap them for the correct size and have received absolutely no reply at all from them. Terrible customer service.

Casa wouldn’t exchange wrong size.Useless. Don’t order final sale items, if items dont fit they won’t exchange. Mickey Mouse company.

Terrible. Ordered & paid for 4 items. Only 2 delivered. No replies to numerous enquires.
