Great service

Very nice. Good service.

Lined up at the register to get some passport photos. Was told I had to line up at another counter so I did. Waited patiently and then asked for passport photos and she replied rudely “not at this time”. I told her I’d seen someone else getting them earlier in the week. She said with 25 mins until the store closed, they wouldn’t do them because she had other work to do. This was after I’d seen the same woman speak to the lady before me rudely too. Unbelievably bad customer service! I’d even dressed up nicely to get my new passport photos :(

Bit expensive for a service...
They provide a service where you can email documents and they print it for you.
The cost is 0.30 per page plus 3$ for the “email service”.... what’s the email service???? I know it’s on the price sheet but seriously. They just need to open the email and click print....
Anyway, the staff is very friendly but this “email service” totally ruins the whole thing.

I understand they may have been busy, but to be spoken to rudely and then hung up on is terrible.
