Super polite, courteous staff, very helpful 🙏🏻 bought a nice wool beanie ie none of that acrylic stuff. They have nice, pure wool and other natural fibre clothes. Definitely worth a visit

It’s my fave store in Sorrento - it has such a beautiful eclectic mix of locally made homewares - Art and real vintage pieces. The staff are beautiful and only to happy to assist. Definitely a jewel on the Peninsula

I feel that this store racially vilified me yesterday and it has caused me a lot of stress, I will not be going back to this store and encourage you to not support a business that it would appear to be racist to people of Asian descent. Below is what happened to me:

I checked in at the store around 2pm on 4th Jan, I had mask on and used hand sanitizer before walking around the store, there were tester products on the shelves for "We are feel good inc” products which I use every day. I held the “TESTER" of Coconut Sunscreen SPF50+ and “TESTER” of Coco milk to smell.

The lady who is in charge at the store walked to me and said, she needed to take the bottles that I touched due to Covid situation and not safe for other people.

I said sorry to her few times, but she says I smelt it too close and said aggressively “I saw it”. I tried to explain to her I only smelled the two bottles and did not even touch other bottles but she took away all the “TESTER” on the table and she did not offer any further reason than I had touched it. There was no apology that the testers should not have been out on display or that they had forgotten to remove them. Instead, it seemed to be directed at me that it was my fault. I am certain that had I not been Asian they would not have acted in this way.

I was very upset and left the store straight away.
