Beautiful spot to enjoy with loved ones
There are picnic benches scattered here

The scenery is obviously breathtaking
Slightly crowded but a great spot

If you drive further down you will find yourself looking at governor island where penguins and seagulls resides and fish

You can spend forever there ogling at the marvel these birds are!!

Amazing. Easy access for everyone to enjoy and I love how it’s just expected that’ll you’re not an idiot and capable of making a judgement call and staying far enough away dependant on the conditions - that’s good because it means nothing is fenced of and no view is spoiled. The surrounding coast line is dark and broody in the water with some amazing looking kelp forest growing off the shore. The blazing orange lichen rocks hiding the penguins is a great explore and I also really admire the way you Tasmania’s respect the wildlife and simply tell people to stay away from the majority of the Karen’s and walk in designated routes. Brits would be climbing all over everything disturbing it all - hats off to the way you guys seem to absolutely respect the world around and appreciate it isn’t all there for your amusement. Well worth a look if you’re passing.

Awesome place to visit. Unfortunately it started to rain while we were there but I did manage to take some nice photos. The blowhole was remarkable but you need to be careful to not get too close or you may get splashed.

Yes more than worth the drive and walk both of which are scenic. But the blowhole itself is interesting and lovely to be splashed by the ocean. Again great colourful rocks.

Blowholes are such a fun sight. There's nice biodiversity within the rock pools surrounding the blowhole. We saw crabs and little starfish. Was such a lovely time.

The best sunrise I’ve seen in a while. The blowhole was okay it wasn’t that big of a tide during sunrise but doesn’t matter cos the sunrise is just magical. Recommend to go here and no walking just park and you can be there instantly so beautiful. Take a picnic blanket and some brekky and you’ve done mornings right!

Nice place for photos, be patient to video the blow especially if you want a big one.
After this, you could drive a short distance to a lobster feast at the nearby Lobster Shack.

The town's main attraction, Bicheno Blowhole, is a natural wonder that shouldn't be missed. The sheer power and beauty of the ocean spray captivated me, providing a mesmerizing display of nature's forces.

Such a lovely experience. We went early in the morning and were the only ones there. Blow hole was really cool to see and you can get pretty close.

Quiet spot to watch the sunrise and be entertained by the power of the ocean. Tip: bring some aeroguard.

We found the Bicheno Blowhole to be a magical place & the colours of the rocks & sky just before Sunset where Pink Floydie. We hope to visit again if we are lucky enough to have another holiday in Tasmania.

I was told by the local that the blowhole won't have much water blowing out today 10th March and it will have less tomorrow. It is indeed, not much water but still a nice place especially sunset is beautiful.

This natural phenomenon can be accessed for free and is a true joy to look at.

It was very fun being able to climb up the rocks and get so close to the blowhole. It was interesting seeing the small waves being blown up in the blowhole. Great for a short walk.

A blowhole is a sea cave which grows inwards and up, resulting in a perpendicular shaft open at the surface. They occur when there is a weak joint in the rock and as the waves pound and erode the rock just above the waterline a cave is slowly but surely formed. As a wave hits the rock the water pushes through the length of the cave at ever increasing levels of pressure so that when it hits the surface then it does so with explosive force.

Interesting rock formations. Entertaining for about 10 min. Worth the drive. The whale lookout was fun too. You must be relatively fit for that walk.

Great place to stop with family. Nature at her very best. The walk is very easy from the car park. The blowhole can be sometimes small or not at all so visit on high tide and on a wild weather day would be my suggestion.

Great photography opportunity with the red lichen rocks, views and of course the Blowhole. Just don’t get too close and watch the littlest ones around the edges.

Fun exploring all the rock pools and finding crabs and star fish. The blow hole is exciting awaiting a big wave to come through.

Its a free attraction!! what is there not to like, it was a grey day but the rain held off, there was a bit of a swell and the blow hole worked as in the photos. Dont even think about it, if you have some time just go see it.
