Beachfront Bicheno Hotel

Great room with a balcony facing the beach.
Huge king sized bed that was so comfortable. Lovely clean bathroom, spacious clean room, large bar fridge and Michelle welcomed us so warmly.
We could hear the “doof doof” noise from the Hotel but after 10pm it was gone.
Close to all amenities.
We had a lovely stay!

Took my wife there for here birthday 🥳❤ awesome location & views. Even better bar staff and service. We enjoyed many of beverages & a flutter on the tote & keno. 🤗😁❤

Perfect central location. Steps to the pub. Everything supplied. Super clean. Quiet during peak season 4th jan.

We stayed in the new rooms and they were outstanding

Booked a room and dinner reservation. After doing this I decided to look at some reviews. Reading the negative reviews I thought, "oh dear, maybe we should have went elsewhere". Took a chance, and goodness me, I'm glad we did. Room was immaculate, beds so comfortable, food was amazing. Service 10 out of 10. Well done to the cleaning staff and bistro staff.

Location and view were perfect! Rooms were roomy and clean and the bed was to die for.

The room was cozy and pretty , we had scallops and calamari and both were tasty 🤤.

Nice place to stay. Bonus a pub dinner next door. Handy for rainy evening

We booked our room last minute as we were road tripping and made a late change to our itinerary. We were pleasantly surprised by how modern and spacious our room was since we booked one of the cheaper ones. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean and the attached bar/bistro was convenient and great.

We were lucky enough to arrive at the bistro for a late lunch and a guitarist was playing. He played for 3 hours and we stayed the whole time because he was fantastic. We then ended up staying on for dinner. The food was very nice - try the pizza and scallops - and the place was busy and had a great atmosphere.

Room was very quiet and we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bicheno in our waterview room. It was clean, comfortable, the view was amazing, our son REALLY enjoyed the pool and our dinner at the bistro was delicious

Arrived late on New Years Eve, but was very refreshing to settle into our clean room with wonderful views, before eating here too.
Appreciated the friendly staff and also how they had a guy playing guitar covers for New Years Eve celebrations. Could have had a dozen more Scolops... Omg they were so so good 👍thanks for a great night and stay.

Bed could of used a softer topper , but meh, awesome view, great little town. Wanted to stay for a week.

After hearing pub meals in town were pretty average, we were very pleasantly surprised! Our meals were delicious and even on a busy night, the friendly service was excellent. If you're after a good pub meal, give this place a try.

A beautiful venue, very comfortable and clean hotel room. Food and service was outstanding. Best Salt and Pepper Calamari I have ever had!

The rooms were great. Clean and comfy with a relaxing view of the water. Bistro and breakfast dining on site. Disappointed with bistro. They were very busy however waiting and for and a half for slow cooked pork shoulder and veg is far too long. Especially when people who ordered before us received food before us. Some too them about it and food came out straight away... no apology for forgetting us though.

Sad to see all the poor reviews. We had a snitzel and a burger and kids pasta, all great, very quick, decent service. Must be improving.

Chose to stay here at last minute and SO SO happy we did. Staff were excellent from beginning to end of our 2 night stay. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom of excellent standard. Close proximity to everything needed within location. Fantastic value for money. Bistro meals were certainly value for money. Even minibar prices were value for money. Already want to book in advance for the next getaway. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!
