A busy and popular bakery that is open really early. The selection is huge and the prices are really affordable. Had my first Tasmanian mornay scallop pie and can say it was tasty- there’s also a curry version. Nothing beats an original meat pie but wouldn’t mind trying all the other available flavours too. We managed to get the first hot crossed buns they have done this year and they were good! Coffee was on point and the staff are so friendly. No wonder both locals and tourists flock here.

Excellent local bakery with a large selection. Pasteries, complete breakfast and sandwiches. I like the baked goods as they use far less sugar than their Amercan counterparts. The shop is contemporary, bright and clean. Even with a line things move quickly.

Amazing little cafe and bakery, so many good things to choose from on the menu. Not to mention the gourmet award winning pies, baked goods, sweets, buiscits, toasted sandwhiches and more. An absolute must in Bicheno.
Great service, plenty of seating and the breakfasts are delicious. I devoured my coffee and eggs bennedict so sadly i have no pictures of it, but the sourdough was fresh, the eggs perfectly poached, the bacon crispy but not greasy and the flavour of the hollandaise absolutely perfect.
A+ They also have tobys estate coffee and it was a good drop. Visit this place!

Great pies. The Cornish Pie was the highlight.

One of the best vanilla slices I've had in a long time, closer to European style. Luscious sweet icing with not-so-sweet custard filling to contrast the sweetness. If you ❤ vanilla slice, you should stop and try!

My husband and I popped into this gem of a bakery a couple of days ago for breakfast. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal. We also took away some goodies for lunch, and they were more than happy to package them for us to make transporting them easier. I would highly recommend this bakery.

Dam good food, good milk shakes, quite busy whilst there, shows it's popular.
We shared an eggs Benedict, which they organised onto two separate plates. Well done and tasted marvellous.

Absolute gem in Bicheno. Opens early at 6 which is awesome. Breakfast absolutely delicious sausage roll tasty as and the coffee one of my favourite brands. Toby Estate roasters. We had eggs Benny twice. Love this little bakery. Bakery goods amazing and plentiful.

Wife had peppered steak which was also great, real nice meat etc.

Absolutely delicious carrot and almond cake. Chocolate eclairs - pure perfection. Coffee - 10/10! Served in mugs or paper cups (if you want). I love this place.

Excellent service from the moment we entered with a delicious fresh aroma of all the baked delights. I enjoyed the lamb and rosemary pie with great fervour and a well-made latte. This place is worth a visit if a great bakery is your preference.

Super cute bakery at reasonable prices. We wanted to try the scallop pie, but didn't have enough stomach to.

On the flip side, their salad rolls are amazing and the sandwiches were very tasty. They had some olive breads at the front that were very delicious and filling.

We'd come back for more if we had more time in Bicheno.

Got 2 x curry scallop pies which were perfect. Wanted the mornay but they were still in the oven. So glad I took the curry. They were fantastic. There Vanilla slices were also great.

A beautiful place to spend a rainy Monday morning… this was a busy little bakery with good food- the staff were kind and very efficient with the coffee order being made quite quickly. A good range of food was available including warm pies, pastries and loaves of bread. Thank you so much for the food!

The food is always delicious and staff are friendly. Today, we wanted to try the lamington milkshake and the staff happily checked all the ingredients for our lactose free request.

We had a chocolate milkshake and the turkey and ham toastie which was amazing and had a great price point. Love that you can customize with sourdough bread or sandwich bread. Customer service was also very friendly. Would recommend you stop by!

Ordered 2 x mornay scallop pies (which were recommended I should try and a sausage roll. Son thought the sausage roll was the best he had eaten and the pies were great. Went back in and bought a herb and garlic pull apart loaf for our trip, this was also great! Worth the stop in for sure

Small and cosy bakery with the most amazing pies! Chicken & camembert pie ($6.40) was one of the best pies I've had. Steak & mushroom pie ($6) was super hearty and perfect for a chilly morning in Tasmania.

Hands down my favourite scallop pie of all of Tasmania.

We stopped by Blue Edge for breakfast and to our delight, there was the white wine cream scallop and curried variant. Obviously, opted for the cream as we've had a few curried ones already. It was beyond my expectations and my god, did my mouth not stopped watering.

We also had the turkey, brie and cranberry panini which was toasted and was delicious. It was light and easy to eat.

Two iced coffees to start our day and the serving was very generous as you can see the size of the glass. Let me tell you that the size did not jeopardize the taste as we agreed that it was one of the better coffees in Tas.

The apple crumble admittedly could've been better. But the price did not hurt our wallets too much.

I enjoyed this bakery very much and would encourage you to try their Tasmanian scallop pies!
