Wow! I had the pleasure of being assisted by the incredible boy, I think his name is Sesco? He was the back of house worker at JD Sports, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only was he extremely efficient in fetching the shoes I needed almost instantly, but his striking appearance and evident physical fitness were truly remarkable. It's clear he's not just good looking, but also incredibly capable – I wouldn't be surprised if he were crowned the back of house king. A 5-star experience all around!

Very good customer service from the Lebanese fella with the fresh fade and beard. He had very good knowledge of the shoes. Please JD give this guy a raise or promotion definitely deserves it.

Tall dark and handsome guy out the back was great he was running the shoes out nearly instantly which made my experience great. Especially the guy that was serving me very handsome with the beard he was great helped me out a lot and made my experience even better.

Got myself some new workout gear, Pink Soda brand. They are UK sizings, so usually go down a size from normal. Greay prices and the staff are super friendly. I'll be back again when I need some more gym gear for sure!

The range of shoes was very impressive only outdone buy the service and helpful staff. Any enquiry was of no trouble and the shoes were on my feet and out the door in no time.

Customer service can lack here if you happen to go in during a busy period, however there is a gentleman there I believe his name is Sab whose customer service is exceptional. He truly went above and beyond helping my son pick out shoes. He is clearly a bit of a shoe connoisseur (Jordan’s in particular) is extremely knowledgeable and really onto it. 5 star review for him!

Walked into Jd’s looking for a specific shoe and while the shoe we were after is exclusive to another retailer, we were helped out by one of your retail assistants, Derice, who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the right fit especially as my sister wanted a shoe that was only available in a guys size. Although we couldn’t actually purchase anything he treated us with respect and ensured we were good before going to find another person to help. This is a testament to his character and after walking through multiple stores where we had to hunt for help, he reminded me that you don’t have to gain in every immediate interaction, even while working in sales, there is value and future potential future gains by simply offering value especially in the long game. Congratulations on a great hire JD’s 🤜🤛

I stupidly had to go into this store 3 TIMES to buy 1 pair of shoes..!! Their poor staff! Afterpay changed the way they work since I last used it. The first time the staff tried to help me set it all up again through google pay. It was rejected from my bank over and over. Tried my 2nd bank.. didn't work. I went again a wk later after setting up my google pay again. Second time didn't work again. Staff member spent 30mins trying to help me. We transferred 2x the ammount needed to both accounts and tried over and over. No luck. An absolute nightmare.. won't be using after pay any longer! The JD staff were so patient and so helpful! Their MANY staff I have to say also.. they have ppl on the floor to help customers, at the registers, running back and forth with radios getting shoes in certain sizes and so on.. it really a shop that goes above and beyond when it comes to service! In the end I went in the 3rd time and just splashed out and bought them outright and was so happy they still had the one style only JD sell and my size still!! They not only were the only store you can buy that style at but were amazing to buy from!! If I could give a 6 out of 5 I would!!

Large JD with a wide range. Service was great here and staff were lovely. Great place for fashionable street wear at reasonable prices. There are quite a few JD exclusive pieces too so worth a visit to find items you may not find elsewhere
