Amazing food! Great vibe. Loved the ribs - partner said they were the best damn ribs he’s ever had, sauce not too sweet but just right. I enjoyed my southern chicken burger and we bother devoured our delicious desserts. Highly recommend!!

The lunch offer has great value including a signature beef burger, hot chips only 15 dollars! The burger is delicious with good portion. Bbq sauce is the highlight! Spacious seating area and plenty of options for drinks and food. Service is great and we would love to come back again for sure!

Absolute powerhouse flavour and combos deals to match. Freshness, flavour with no fatigue after consuming these beauties makes these very hard to beat 9/10 all day long. Very impressed.

This restaurant's meat game is on point! The taste is so good, it's like a party in your mouth.
The service is top-notch, the prices won't make your wallet cry, and the cooking skills are off the charts.

I'd recommend it with my eyes closed, but then I might miss out on their amazing food.

If you ever in Ballarat, this is one restaurant that you should try. We went here couple of months ago and were very impressed. Their BBQ Ribs are soo good…very tasty. We always go to Hurricane whenever we are in Syd and I think the BBQ ribs at Griller’s Mark is as good as Hurricane’s or maybe better. Their Steak is also very good & well seasoned. My kids had their chicken burger and told me that the meat is very tasty and they love the sauce they used for the burger. And of course everyone loves the Loaded Fries 😊. We were there close to their closing time but even so, the waiter is still very patient and we don’t feel we are rushed out the door. They still check if we want to order desert (their desert looks amazing but we didn’t have a room in our tummy for desert). Will definitely come back here again when we are in Ballarat and next time we would save some space for desert 😍

My last night working in Ballarat I got the change to try the burgers with my partner.

The did not disappoint, so juicy and flavourful! And the chips were good too.

The service was amazing. There are not that many places where you get ask about how your food is!

We will come back for sure of visiting Ballarat.

atmosphere was nice, friendly staff. only -1 was I ordered medium well steak and it came out well done. but I guess the quality of the meat was good that the steak was still yummy

Great place for burgers and steak. The steak was well seasoned (just a bit of salt) and cooked perfectly. The Greek salad was delicious. Service? Service with a smile, what more can you ask for. Side note. Had a take away latte, it was spot on. Perfect cup.

We had a classic chicken burger. It was delicious! Lovely real chicken, lettuce onion tomato freshly made with mayonnaise. Real food, well cooked hot

Griller's Mark: A Lunchtime Delight!
If you're looking for a fantastic lunch experience, look no further than Griller's Mark! I recently had the pleasure of trying their lunch deal, and it was an absolute homerun.

The lunch deal itself is incredibly reasonable, offering a juicy burger and crispy fries at a fantastic price. But the true star of the show was the Fried Chicken Classic burger.

The chicken itself was perfectly cooked, boasting a crispy golden exterior that gave way to tender, flavorful meat inside. It was accompanied by all the classic burger fixings – lettuce, tomato, onion, and kewpie mayo – on a toasted bun that held everything together perfectly. Every bite was a delightful explosion of taste and texture. The fries were just as delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Overall, my lunch experience at Griller's Mark was top-notch. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend checking it out! You won't be disappointed.

Delicious food and amazingly happy service.

I have a couple of photos of some delicious meals we had and I would highly recommend trying the Bircher Bowl for something light and the Grilled Mushroom Burger if you're not feeling very meaty.

The grilled chicken was also perfect cooked! Super tasty too!!

A Melbourne family that has enjoyed their fair share of local quality burger, ribs n wings establishments, and this place is one of the best we've been to. Fresh tasting quality food, friendly service and is just a cut above the rest. I highly recommend.

Superb service and great food. Couldn’t be any better.
Hot chocolate, cappuccino and chai latte were too good.
Spicy scrambled eggs on toast and the pulled pork burger were too good.
Exceptionally tasty food. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and is sure to come back.

Chances upon this burger cafe and must say it’s great. Service was great. Our waiter was patient and give us sufficient to decide. We had burgers and cheese fries and decide to try wings. His recommendation was good. Like it better than the Smokey BBQ.
Definitely make a mean burger!

Really tasty food! The burgers are a good size, but order some fries if you want a bit more. The wings on the other hand, the large size is definitely enough for a good meal. The freakshakes are almost a work of art! The staff are great too. Our meals were delivered quickly and the staff checked in with us more than once during our meal.

It was a hour and a half drive from my place and we decided to give it a try.
First of all; the environment and vibes were so great. We were welcomed with nice and very helpful staff and coffee and burgers were so delicious. Chips were super crisp. Everything was 5 star.
The only thing i was laughing at; the masterpiece burger( which was described as burger with asian pastry and mint sauce with other things)
I gave it a try and it came out as SAMOSA in a burger; i was laughing and trying not to be disappointed; well at some point it was my mistake i didn’t get to ask the staff what this patty is. I clearly thought asian pastry could be potato patty. So I wasn’t in a position to be actually disappointed towards staff or the restaurant because I didn’t ask them before ordering.
But i have to say samosa was super fresh and crispy; would’ve ordered it as a starter.
I just don’t like to mix indian and American cuisine so I didn’t liked samosa in a burger.
But i still loved the food and will definitely go back again.
Would recommend the restaurant to elaborate the Asian pastry briefly ( samosa ) to clarify to other customers. Because there are tons of asian pastries out there.

Ballarat, you've lucked out. Having spent the past few days paying way more for way less, let me tell you this place is a breath of fresh air. The food! The food! Oh my God, the food is amazing. Delectable. Exquisitely presented.

Honestly, the venue is just okay, and the staff is nice enough, but the food! And isn't that why you come? Seriously, do yourself a favour and have your mind blown just the same way mine was.

P. S. I sometimes hate gushing about places because it can come across as a badly judged advert but in all honesty, this place is just that good.

Best burger I’ve ever had OMG
Ordered a signature beef burger add a normal serve of chips.

Very thick and juicy wagyu patty with fresh veggies and flavorful sauce. Did not taste greasy at all in fact was so AMAZING .

Chips were with flaky salt and herb. Crispy and ADDICTIVE.

Service was great. Their kitchen is very clean, chefs are wearing caps and gloves when cooking.

This was quite possibly the best burger I've had, unexpectedly in this small town. The fried chicken burger that comes with chips for $15 was so filling, but I ate it all it was so yum and didn't feel lethargic like I do after fast food burgers.. service was great, even an alcoholic beverage selection.. love this place 😃
