Great service, lovely staff gave me direction, to add to my vase of amazing flowers..

The customer service at the Ballarat store is excellent. I recently purchased an item at the store and when it was not quite right the staff replaced the item promptly with lots of follow up calls. Thank you Pauline and Julie for your care and wonderful service.

Called in yesterday afternoon, as I was visiting in Ballarat. Went in to store as it said on their website that the item I wanted was in stock there. The Store Assistant was very helpful, and double checked on item for me, as there were no more on the showroom floor. She was going to order me one, and then enable me to pick it up at my normal store in Frankston. But decided to have a look out the back just in case there was one there. Thankfully there was, so I was able to make my purchase and take home with me. The assistant was even nice enough to take my purchase out to the car for me. Thank you. I am just sorry that I did not take note of your name, so that I could put it into my review. But I am sure you know who you are.

I had to ring and arrange delivery of furniture that we had booked to pick up ourselves, but due to bad weather thought it would be easier to have them delivered. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sara who delivered beautiful customer service and my items were delivered at a time that suited me. Thank you Sara!

Just wow! The gentleman that served us was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our last bit of Christmas shopping! More than happy to return here to shop. Fantastic. (The rest of the staff were super friendly too)

Early settler is a huge space for you to create your own living and design for any room.

The Manager here is exceptional, dedicated, passionate about her role, and is up-beat.

If you guys are wanting a change in your interiors or exteriors in the Ballarat area, I would highly reccomend for you to visit.

The staff here are very helpful and are happy to help on what ever occasion you need to feel inspired.
