The sales person was very helpful in choosing the right dining chairs to go with the dining table. The dining table was delivered on time with pleasant delivery people who helped with setting up the table to ensure there were no defects and that were happy woth our choice of furniture

Great delivery service. On time delivery. And excellent variety available. Custom made couches were available which made the whole experience easy and special especially for a new home.

We bought two couches from Nick Scali in Craigieburn VIC today and we had amazing service. We never felt pushed into buying anything and Antony was so friendly and helpful with, not only what we wanted to purchase, but advising us on our budget and providing advice on the best couches for our needs (as we have limited space), regardless of price. A great store and a very enthusiastic staff only willing to assist and advise.

I went into Nick Scali in Craigieburn this afternoon and was served by Raf and I couldn’t have been happier with his customer service. I was really indecisive about the color lounge I was purchasing and his great knowledge in interior design helped me to see how I can change up the look with pillows and a rug.I walked away so content with my decisions and that rarely happens.

Great store in Craigieburn and excellent customer service. The floor staff are very respectful and friendly. We had a very wonderful experience. Especially Orion was a pleasure to deal with. He assisted us through all our queries. 5 star to him and the store.

We have always looked at buying at Nick Scali as our choice of furniture is there. Apparently we have the worst customer service in Nick Scali bell street, and Essendon. Only at this store where I get to ask questions without getting annoyed. Raff’s customer service is unparalleled and he’s honest, transparent and does not necessarily suck up to customers just to get a sale! He should get a pay raise!

I knew the couch I wanted before stepping into the store, quickly found Orion and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We worked through the components of the couch we needed for our space, colours, fabrics, delivery & assembly. Was such a fun process and I'll return to the Craigieburn store to shop from Orion again!

If you ever need furniture, see Raff at this store. He is not only super helpful, he cares enough to ask the right questions to ensure that your item will go perfectly in your home. He even went the extra step and drew up my lounge and dining room to measurement and gave me a few different options on how I could position my furniture to best suit the space. He gave me ideas on accessorising so I got so much more than what I bargained for walking into this store. I am super excited about purchasing furniture now! What seemed like a daunting and overwhelming task has just become exciting thanks to Raff!!

Had a great experience purchasing a sofa set from the "Craigieburn" store. SANYA was one of the best sales people I have dealt with. She was polite and never pressured us into buying any of the products on the floor. Sanya offered us a drink whenever we visited the store and she also had a good sense of humour.
