Woolworths Craigieburn Town Centre

Very big woolworths store, ideally placed in a big shopping centre. It also has a battery and mobile phone recycling unit near the entry.

Great place to shop! Clean environment and friendly staff. Has lots of things to buy besides food.

Sadly with all supermarkets (lately) is far too few checkouts open, and too much self service.
Otherwise it's a good supermarket

Went to Woolworth Craigieburn centre just around 5pm on 28th March,I forgot my wallet but have some wws gift cards,which I think its enough to pay my grocers,but when everything checked out at self checkout counter,there was less one dollar to pay,I was so stressful because I really don not have any cash or cards in my pocket,I was trying to buy another gift card online to pay it,but the stuff helped me with technical issues and payed the rest for me,always told me relax,could not thank her for more！I don't know her name ,but her professional and excellent customer service made me feel like home,definitely will choose wws rather than other markets,not only for fresh food,but also for understanding ,hope to meet her again！

Easy access and cooperative staff

I recently placed on online order that went very wrong, half my order was not delivered. I sent off my refund request online (which is a very efficient process). However I was still really annoyed, I need some of those items for dinner, now I had to go to the shops to get it. Defeating the purpose of online shopping. I decided to give the store a call to tell them how upset I was, not only did i get my complaint listened to and was apologised to, Dom who took my complaint offered to hand deliver the items I needed. Way to turn a negative into a postive Dom !!!! Thanks again

Every time I go there I find a lot of specials, it's just that sometimes the items get messed up by shoppers.

Love their roast chicken..Cooked to perfection ive bought it from other outlets and have had it undercooked or to dry unbeatable i will not buy from any where else..Keep up thw good work guys

Staff on the self serve check was not very nice bit rude need more training and mananers how to speak to the customer. Time was 6.30 and date was 1st June.

Great service from Imran who saw that I was in a rush looking for a specific esky and couldn't find it on the shelf and suggested to find some more in the back without me even asking. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and well done to Woolworths for hiring great staff.

Staff are more friendly than the competitors supermarket, I enjoy shopping here and have never had a bad experience, they are always very helpful
