Absolutely applaud Sophie! Although the store was incredibly busy, she made sure to treat my partner and I with utmost respect. There was a long drive through line, and she was very quick and precise to make sure our order was correct. I made sure to ask her name before we pulled off, just so we’d be able to submit a review and congratulate her on the hard job she’s doing! Hoping Sophie serves us next time we return to Roxburgh Park McDonalds 🙂

A great McDonald’s and great playground for the babies to play. It smelt a bit like plastic in there and a bit stuffy so a open window would be good 😊

Lovely staff. I had app points to use and although the trainee staff member didn’t know she got her Manager who was most helpful. Food was great, service fantastic.

McDonald's was Excellent. The wait was very short. They didn't do the table service properly as they called out my name instead of taking my food to my table and they didn't give me any salt and pepper or napkins even though I put it on my order. Apart from that, the rest was just great.

I went there on Saturday the 18th around 10:20 am I bought breakfast and coffee.
Who ever made the coffee it was the best coffee I’ve ever had that person should teach the rest of the staff how to make it.

Loved the service, really nice people and great employees. The food was really nice and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick snack to fill them up! The two employees with the red hair and the white hair were the best!! Lots of love for them and the maccas!!

"Why aren't these underpaid teenagers treating me like a kind >:(" "BurGeRS ArE LoW QualITY" you're literally paying for underpaid teenaged kids who hate their life to make food for over 100 customers a peak with a few peaks in a day, what do y'all expect to get, gordon ramsy to chef you up a medium rare steak burger? These kids are in a very deep amount of stress at school/work/SACS/Exams and at work. Please be considerable, their burgers taste good and look decent. If you want a good burger for under $10 please keep dreaming, rush hours are bad!

Usually a very busy McDonald's. I once ordered a whole bunch of food drive-thru takeaway, and when I got home I was disappointed to see my Big Mac missing. After angrily driving back and confronting the manager, he jumped me through to 1st in priority for my Big Mac, I received it nearly instantly, and was offered a free drink, fries, and apple pie. He apologised and thanked me for my patience and changed my foul energy into a positive attitude. I left feeling appreciated as a customer and I feel that manager redeemed the situation and the store.

had a lot of fun in this place where my child plays and me and my friends sit for a long time between eating the meal and eating ice cream

The place is halaal certified and near to airport. If you have a quick catch-up with any friends or clients, this is a great place to do so. The staffs are friendly and the parking lot is spacious as well.

Loved the fact that it was open at midnight for a quick bite

The place is convenient and had a fast service, the staff members that worked there were quite polite.
