Thank you Coles for stocking Australia Day items! It was great to see (and buy) and to see there was not much left and the most that was had no Australia flag or saying on them. Australia Day is about celebrating this amazing country as it is, and respecting the past for all, not getting lost in it. To all Australians born here and to those who have made Australia their primary country, be proud! Your efforts, kindness and respect for all are the backbone of this amazing country and will help as we continue to move towards equality. Wide range of products. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well. Easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are probably 5% higher than some other stores. Don't rely too much on staff to answer your questions, try to find it yourself it's easier. Don't forget to scan your Flybuys card.

Best place for doing grocery. Can find 90 percent of the things and in low prices!

Very good customer service in person. Phones are never picked up. Stock is good. Left items and they were found and kept for my pick up later.

Well done to the Coles workers today whom were evacuated due to a fire in a neighbouring shop. These staff identified an elderly lady had lost her husband in the complex. They cared for the woman to the best of their ability in difficult circumstances and successfully located her husband so she could go home and get out of the cold. Amazing amazing efforts! Both the team of workers whom assisted this woman and Coles should be extremely proud of their efforts! Coles are very lucky to have such amazing humans as part of their staff

Very good well-maintained multi-purpose store. Very good customer care. All kinds of foodstuffs available. Economical prices available for all the products. Easy accessibility for all the travellers from different parts of the suburb and the city. Good accessibility for all the wheelchair bound travellers.

Coles is known for its quality products and fair price

Good place to buy a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and general groceries. Has huge stock of frozen pizzas, ready to eat stuff and ice creams. Always well stocked in terms of variety as well as quantity of each item compared to other stores and friendly staff as well.

Store always looks like new; always clean and looked after.
Yes it is like any other Coles but you feel the difference with the helpful staff and cleanliness that is not always existent at all stores.

I would just like to say, that Coles Craigieburn have the most sensational staff.... They are so helpful and accommodating. In my 62 years l don't think l have this kind of service in any store such a refreshing experience in this day and age when service anywhere is pretty slack, keep up the good work 😀😀😀
