The service people here are amazing. My PlayStation blew up under warranty. They had it sorted and fixed in a week and a half.

Always clean, staff always around, great specials to be found. Only thing I hate is when you're looking for long pjs or jackets or any winter clothing in spring, there is nothing to be found. I know it's spring, but the weather does not reflect this at the moment!

No generic brands, only real great quality brands at extremely competitive prices! Buy a puzzle at Kmart and buy a puzzle at bigw for the same price and you'll see the difference in quality; BigW is BETTER QUALITY ALWAYS! They sell brand name products, unlike Kmart. BigW is always a first choice.

Went in for a refund was served by a wonderful girl on the laybuy counter who while under another stressful customer. Provided exceptional customer service skills. I have unfortunately forgotten her name 🥺

Good variety of clothes and household goods at reasonable prices. The thing I appreciate the most is the direct to boot service. I will continue to use BigW as long as this service continues.

Darcy is an absolute gentleman, my husband and I desperately needed some photos printed as his father was dying and he had a flight at 11pm sat night. We turned up at 10 minutes to closing , I explained our situation to Darcy and he turned the photo machine back on and he went above and beyond to help us 🙏🙏
