Had the most chipper and lovely service at the checkout counter from the guy wearing the Dark Side of the Moon holiday shirt. Even during boxing day rush he was really lovely, can't go unappreciated. 5 stars.

Staff at JB Hi-Fi Cragieburn are very good and supportive. I've had some issue porting my phone but everyone I spoke to and dealt with were really nice & patient. Special shout out to Ryan, Amrit and the lady who helped me with the invoice at the end. Thanks!

I was in here not long ago to replace my headset and I must admit, Jess and Renaldo in particular have stood above and beyond in meeting my customer needs and expectations. I genuinely love the enthusiasm and teamwork from both of these guys and do believe that their efforts shouldnt go unnoticed.

The store is good, the prices are suitable for families considering the current situation, and the employees are cooperative, especially TJ. He is great in dealing with customers. He is a good man.

Went there yesterday to buy IPhone, Ryan was very patient and helpful. He didn’t rush things and helped with whole process.

JB Hi-Fi craigieburn is a good place to buy electronic devices and its a pretty big shop. I sometimes found the staff members are very busy and not always friendly.

Busy store, but the service was reasonably good.
The store is a little overwhelming with so much going on though.

Recently Rinaldo helped me with a laptop purchase. He was extremely helpful, listened to my requirements, and answered my many questions over the couple of times that I popped in to do some research. He was very knowledgeable and appreciated his professionalism.

I have been coming to this store for over 2 years now and majority of the time I've been serviced by one of the staff members Mr Matt Rowl . I must say his passion to help out in any matter regardless if he served me that day or not , he alwaay found a solution for.the situation im at. It's normal to ger a resolution to always go above and beyond to make sure all options have been looked into before giving a final answere is really what customer service is all about. I sincerely appreciate his work and hats down for always taking that extra 2 mons to make sure we have the best outcome .
1 case was I had purchased chargers from a store I will not name (northlands) and staff member walked me and assured me it will be the fast charger for my phone after I specifically asked to have a fast charger. $65 later and it was not the charger for my phone.
Next day went to craigieburn store and was served by Matt. He literally tried over 4 chargers just to make sure that I have the correct item. Just the extra step he took made worth for to always be a loyal customer to jb .

Once again really appreciate the hard work and dedication from him . Keep it up .

Thank you Khadija and Dani who helped to replace my Sony karaoke . Even tough I had bad experience with previous day manager Travis who just wasted my time and effort to talk with Sony. I would recommend to see manager Khadija and Dani for any concerns they will solve the issues

For a change, this JB Hi Fi surprised me with its service. The guy was very helpful and answered all our questions very patiently.

Had a great experience with Aaron today at Jb Hi Fi. He was very friendly and helped me and my husband buy a tv for our shed. Have a wonderful weekend Aaron!

Went in as my old Xbox headset had died, guy at the games counter was amazing, refunded my broken ones no problem & helped me find new ones that suited my use & even looked up reviews to help me find ones that would work & be comfy with my large stretchers. Above & beyond service. Didn’t get his name but great staff member!!

Very Friendly staff and easy to find things
