Absolutely loved the service here especially from Dhanmeet very kind person and the warm welcoming is great, deserves a high raise for their wages and even the Cook's and the one preparing the food it was quick 🤯 which is great since I'm on hurry, again great service from Dhanmeet and others, give them Compensation!!! Cheers.

OMG, the customer service level here is the best in Australia. I can't believe just how good it is, compared to other Hungry Jacks.

Service was excellent by the staff very friendly and fast. Whiskey river whopper was great everything sat in the bun which was a pleasant surprise.

I was served by Caroline at the first window, and she was absolutely lovely. So polite, and happy.
The second window where I went to pick up the meal, I wish I had grabbed the girls name, because she was also absolutely lovely, so well mannered and kind, and smiley.
I truly hope these girls are appreciated for their customer service. And I hope they get recognised by their managers, because that is what truly makes a customers day :)

Regular customer here I have this server and I had to ask her name cos she was the nicest drive thru person there she seemed so cheery and so happy to help others and when I got there with my wife and two children she was trying to get my meals cheaper and her name was Nazli and I’ll remember her that not every hungry jacks server can be lme and boring, rating 10/10

Great food, but due to it being a busy area and it being very popular place there can be slightly longer than normal wait times.
Before ordering I would recommend downloading the official Hung Jack's Shake & Win app to get free food and other great offers.

Although I am trying to avoid fast food but if you need to eat quickly and don’t want spend much Hungry jacks is the place .
The shake and win app makes you visit HJ again and again.
Staff is generally efficient and helpful.

I like the fact that it always has a vegetarian or vegan option, unlike McDonald's. They can do chips with no salt too.

Had their double whopper beef burger. It was super yummy. And a huge burger. Onion ring and fries were also good. Ordered via Menulog. Delivery was on time.
