Highlands Hotel

It's a must-visit spot for families, big or small. Many spots are instaworthy. Plenty of halal dietary options that are clearly marked with green round stickers on their name badge. All food is beautifully presented, the place has great vibes with one of the cleanest environments that I've ever seen in Melbourne, including their toilets. There's plenty of seating, and space to move around because they allow you a total of 1hr 50min for buffet so enjoy being there. Drinks are not included in the buffet, unfortunately. For kids, there's a playing area so they can enjoy as well, and there is wheelchair access for those who may need.

Highland hotel Craigieburn offers an amazing buffet with a variety of dishes from different cuisines. The buffet is open for lunch and dinner, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. You can also enjoy the kids play area, and the bar. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to shops and parks. You can book a table online or by phone.

The buffet was qell arranged and all the foods was excellent!!! And they have my fave..tiramisu was yummmm.
Will visit when next time am in town.

Such a nice place for buffet. So much to choose from and price was reasonable too. Staff were friendly and kept checking our tables. We went for team dinner and was told it’s for two hours but we ended up staying late and they did not say anything.

It's by far the best place to conduct a birthday or an anniversary party. Great ambience with delicious buffet. A great variety of food options, desserts, and drinks. It's even nice to have romantic dine ins. Highly recommend.

great place to eat lot. if you are sea food lover, it is the best place for your place. you can enjoy 2 hours for your booking and they have lots of varieties. if you have any celebration, it is god to book a table . Nice place and they have excellent level customer service.I love to eat desert. compare with the price it is cheap place if you have big stomach.

Christmas Day Lunch
An absolute delight, from decorations and appearance,
Complimentary bubbly, outstanding staff and service.
An excellent variety of food including a huge range of seafoods, delies, roasts, pastas, kids foods etc
The sweets and desserts have to be seen to be believed!
My only suggestion is to place a couple of benches in the play area if they want to encourage parents to supervise children as no one is going to stand there on Christmas day to do so!
But all in all a great day on Christmas Day at Highlands!

Good variety of food. Many seating times to choose from and long enough to enjoy the food without hurrying. Plenty of parking available. One can hold birthday celebrations as there were many in progress.

Have been here twice for the buffet and have enjoyed the food. Good variety of foods and seating areas. The best part about Highlands hotel is the play area near the buffet- super kid friendly!

Delicious buffet, huge variety, great value, helpful and very friendly staff. You can have over 4 courses and prices start at around $25.00. Discounts for seniors too. Don't hesitate, come, eat, enjoy. Large range of gluten and dairy free options. Ask the chef, they are happy to help with making sure people with allergies have a good selection of food, which is rare for buffets.

Update: always a great experience. They send a $30 birthday gift too, so it’s worth signing up.

I was introduced to the Highlands hotel by your accountant Nalin who is well excepted in our Sri Lankan community. There I met your staff & their service was excellent and ij addition I met your Chief Cheff who was very polite & ready to listen. The food was excellent & yesterday was nice fourth visit to your place. Once again I thank the management for the excellent quality of service

I've been to Highlands hotel in the past and the last visit was to celebrate my daughter's birthday the place is spacious, clean and well staffed as for their amazing variety of foods i find it delicious and healthy and cooked professionally cheers
