Reliance GP Super Clinic - WEST GOSFORD

Went in to pathology for a test and was unable to locate the pathology paperwork sent to me from my Telehealth appointment. Lila was so patient with me and organised another appt on the same day to get this resent to me and called another clinic and made sure I got the paperwork just in time before pathology closed for the day. Lila went out of her way to make sure I got my pathology test in without having to have another appt later in the week which would delay the process dramatically. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience and fantastic customer service!

My little girl had a suspected broken arm on a Friday evening. Called a few of the local medical centres with the feedback of they were closing in 30 minutes and couldn’t help.

The staff at reliance were very compassionate and even stayed on past 5pm on a Friday evening to help my daughter. I am so grateful!

She ended up having a severe break near her elbow and needed immediate surgery. Thanks to the X-rays done at reliance we were able to present them to the hospital at triage and go straight in instead of waiting.

Reliance GP Super Clinic at West Gosford is hands down the best medical clinic I have attended. Each and every appointment over the past year has been simple, accommodating and easily managed. It has multiple different areas within for all medical needs.
My personal doctor, Dr Ali Jawad is the best doctor I have ever had. He is genuinely a top guy, kind, respectful and so helpful. Has helped me get onto a healthier and better path. Thank you

I can not thank Reliance Medical Centre West Gosford for the amazing care and service everytime I attend. Beautiful friendly reception staff and doctors. They make my life easier. Nothing is a problem for the whole wonderful team.

So impressed with my entire experience at Reliance! I called the clinic for a last minute appointment for my toddler and they were able to book me in for that morning. The receptionist then called me back about half an hour later to tell me that Dr Michelle Coetzee, a female GP with more paediatric experience, had availability around the time of our appointment so she was booking my daughter in with her instead - so thoughtful!

My daughter (2yo) has seen a lot of doctors and she can be quite nervous and shy. I have never had a doctor be so gentle and patient with her, talking to her directly and explaining things so that she understood what was happening and what to expect. There was no struggles, no tears, and when we got home she even asked if we could go back to the doctors!

I could not recommend Dr Coetzee more and I will definitely be taking my little one back to see her in the future.

I have been using reliance medical for 11 years and I gave always found them to be the most professional and friendly people. They really do care for my welfare.

Overall very satisfied with the ladies at reception alongside them was an exquisite doctor (John Okpe) I was reassured that I will be looked after as this is a fabulous general practice (super)

I have used this Medical Centre for a few years and the longest I have waited to see a Doctor is 10 minutes.
It does make a difference which Doctor you see but I recommend Dr Tendon Lhundup a friendly and caring physician.

It is now 2024 and after Dr Tendon left I have seen various Doctors at this practise
Finally I have found a great one again Dr Ali Jawad! I felt comfortable and at ease as soon as I sat down in his room
I would absolutely recommend Dr Ali I just hope he doesn’t leave!
On another note as I have read the reviews on the receptionists being rude the receptionist I encountered was lovely and friendly 😊 Good job

Hands down a well run practise with amazing staff. Had a procedure carried out by Dr Aye Aung and she was wonderful, explained everything in detail and talked me through everything. Nurse Charlotte remained by my side, held my hand and helped with my breathing. I highly recommend this practise and there wonderful staff.

I visited Douglas Hanly Moir pathology and I waited three minutes before I was welcomed into the treatment room by a friendly guy.

I’ve been coming to reliance at west gosford for a quiet a few years and always manage to get a booking in a reasonable amount of time which is fantastic. Recently i attended to receive some last minute vaccinations for an emergency trip overseas, at the time one of the shots was extremely hard to get a hold of in Australia and after my appointment we found that it was out of stock almost everywhere, the two staff manning the front desk Bianca and Jess not only always give lovely personable and highly professional service but who both truly went above and beyond in helping me to track down and obtain the difficult to find supply of the vaccination, if it wasn’t for their amazing help and the caring people they are then i may not have been able to get where i need to be. A massive thank you to them and well done to reliance medical for having amazing staff! thank you both! Shane.

Giving this 5 stars for Dr Shabayek who has been my doctor since about 2019 throughout my various medical issues that have come up - fantastic well-rounded GP, so caring and attentive, investigative and knowledgeable - highly recommend!!

Over the last year and half I have attended the Reliance center at both Gosford and Erina Practices and they are great in my opinion!

Always understanding and caring regarding specific need requirements of the participants I support that attend there.

I have found some Dr's at these practices that do not suit the participants I support but there are some great Dr's like Dr Anushka and Dr Phillips that put the time in to understand there patients and needs, I believe you just have to try a few different Dr's to find the one best suited to you...

Not to forget the Nurses I find them the best! Very onto the ball, caring and considerate!

Office Staff friendly enough and the call center always returns my calls in a timely matter and provides me with the information I require or if they cannot directs me to someone who can and they are just lovely and helpful over the phone.

Also Helpful having multiple different locations!

Have found a brilliant Doctor at Reliance West Gosford. Dr Shabayek actually listens to his patients and never makes you think you are wasting his time and will never hurry you up. He’s very thorough and that’s why I don’t mind the extra wait to see such a caring Doctor.

Hi, ive been going to the Reliance GP Super Clinic for a few years now and simply can't fault it at all. I appreciate having the online appointment APP that ensures you don't have to sit around for ever and a day to be seen. The Dr's have always run very close to the appointed time which i like very much. They have onsite Pathology and Radiology also, with full access to treatment rooms and Nurses for any treatment needed immediately. I highly recommend this Dr service as my family and i have always left happy with the service.

Over the years, I have had positive experiences here with well maintained staff. Dr Shabayek has been my main go-to and has been very intentional and genuine with my concerns. Keep up the great work.
