Nice store with friendly staff, great all-round sporting equipment typical of Rebel.Pleanty of easy access parking and doesn't seem to get to busy.

Staff were awesome, great value, suitable range for a smaller Rebel store but we got what we needed so it was great

Hello, just wanted to leave a quick but of feedback about your rebel West Gosford team. I can’t recall the name of the person who called me but I got a call from a guy about my Click and Collect order and I thought there was maybe a stock issue of something but, no. He was calling to see if I had a colour preference for the high bounce balls I ordered. I know it seems small but I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the care shown in the gesture.

Then, to top that off, a few hours after that I got held up at my daughter’s netball game and was teetering dangerously close to not being able to get to the store in time before closing. I called to ask if it could be left somewhere as I was only going to be a couple of minutes late and I would take responsibility, etc. but without hesitation, the guy on the phone (who’s name was Laurie) said he’d go and grab my order and hang around until I got there. When I arrived, he was outside waiting for me. I was only about four minutes late but not many teen/early 20s people would stay back on a Saturday to help a harried mum out, and I just think they really demonstrated what great customer care is and should be recognised for it.

Great member prices on shoes and weight sets. Staff were extremely helpful and carried out the weight set for me. Couldn't ask for better staff

Went there today to try and buy a new pair of running shoes, although they didn’t have my size the staff member I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. He even offered to call another store and put the one I liked on hold. Really appreciate the friendly service.

Great service here on two fronts:
1. Purchased a sports watch online with the Click and Collect service. Item was ready to pick up in less than an hour and was a simple action when I arrived at the store.
2. Tried on two pairs of runners and was given perfect customer service by Luke; he was super helpful and gave me his personal insight on some of the shoes. Even though I indicated I might not purchase a pair of shoes today, that didn’t stop him from giving me all the help I needed. That leaves a lasting impression on customers, so bravo 👏

helpful staff they are willing to help and are very friendly also they had no problem with children playing in the store they actually enjoyed seeing them have fun highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dealt with the manager Tim, he was excellent. Ended up buying a great bike at a really good price. He went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service in a time where it's a dying service. Definitely check it out.

This store has gone down since my first visit. Now understaffed and plenty of clothes in small sizes and for kids. Very hard to find anything in large/xl or over size 12. We went there for Zoggs earplugs today but they only had them for juniors. Very disappointed. Staff at the checkout were at least friendly.

Very helpful staff even though they didn't stock my size sadly.

I didn't get shoe coz it has no size in stock, but staff so patient give well advice, even check stock in other store for me. Great place to look when you need support for your sprot gear.

Great staff, very helpful good prices for high quality goods, bought a bunch of gear to work out at home and the people who served me played a part in my motivation because of how supportive they were

Tim Gallaher was extremely helpful (over and beyond) when we had an issue with a defective part from a multigym machine. Not only did he replace the parts in question he personally drove to deliver them, out of his way, after he finished work.
Please look after staff like him during these challenging times.
