Anaconda West Gosford

I received wonderful instore assistance from Grant when I bought walking boots for an upcoming holiday to Europe in the winter. Grant had a thorough knowledge of each shoe and its suitability for wet, icy conditions. He was very friendly and sincere in his efforts to help me find the right boots. I really appreciated the personalise service from him and I am very happy with the boots I ended up buying. Thanks Grant.

I’m quite baffled about the other blunt 1 star reviews but within my experience at this store, it’s been positive. The Store manager, Erin and especially Bruno were phenomenal in their service and I don’t use that word lightly. My needs were taken care of and my problems were resolved professionally. I’ve been on the coast for 12 years and I’ve always driven past this store without actually checking it out. This will be my go-to-camping store to get what I need to ensure I face my hiking/camping challenges with ease and the right gear. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. We we’re looking at a double burner that was fresh in stock. The staff member served us was running around very busy & was so happy to stop & unbox an item so we could totally see it. She told us the days the specials are on & encouraged us to sign up to the club (which we did). They always have what we are looking for in regards to our off-grid lifestyle.

I went in to Anaconda today to get help with a trek I'm going to be doing in the rain. I was served by Zack who was awesome. He knew his stuff and helped me pick out some really great products that are going to keep me dry! He was really helpful and patient and made the whole experience super easy with a 3 year old in tow!

I visited on the public holiday in June, however, I had a great experience due to the girl on registers, Tess. She was extremely helpful in locating certain products around the store and had great product knowledge. This really enhanced my experience at anaconda.

Excellent product range and service

We could highly recommend Anaconda West Gosford. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and informative, in particular Zacc, who spent considerable time on two separate occasions to assist us in purchasing backpacking and hiking gear. Their merchandise is of excellent quality, there is a good variety and their prices are more than reasonable, especially ATM as there is a massive sale on.

Needed a new pair of boots for a mult-day hiking trip to Mount Kosciuszko and after a nice surf me and my mate thought we'd drop into Anaconda to grab some gear.
As soon as I walked into the shoe section I was greeted by a lovely staff member Sara, who helped kit my out with the best pair of hiking boots I have ever owned!
Everyone who's been on a multi day hike knows how important a good pair of shoes make to your hiking experience. I have struggled with blisters on hikes in the past but I had absolutely no trouble with these bad boys thanks to the excellent sizing and advice Sara offered me. We ended up having an excellent trip and I feel so grateful to have been lucky enough to have Sara fit me out that day. Thank you so much Sara and Anaconda! I'll be back everytime I need some quality gear and customer service.

Just popped in while waiting for my coffee for a browse. A staff member on his way to his lunch break stopped to see if I needed anything. He gave me his time and was very helpful. I was looking at the youth bows for my son

Love their price beat guarantee and ability to reduce pricing for certain products on special. Majority of the clothing is high quality, hence the high cost. Merino is worth it though for hiking and backpacking.

Went into Anaconda recently as needed a whole load of hiking gear. I spoke to Adam and he was awesome at helping me out with everything I needed! The prices are good and the range is second to none! Good job guys

Went into this store to buy a backpack. Asked to get a price match with a competitor the staff member was very happy to beat the price by 10%. Great customer service!

The range and the service of the staff is A+, there are very cheap items and other things which are over priced so do your research before you buy but their specials on the expensive items are second to none!

Great, huge range of fishing gear, good quality at good prices. Rates 10x better than BCF.

After entering Anaconda West Gosford i was greeted by Adam who was able to efficently answer all my questions, his knowledge on the products was out standing and actually taught me something i didnt know, i strongly believe he is a great assest to the company and would always recommend someone to go there and buy from them, the store was in perfect condition very accomidating and nothing was ever a drama.
