I was helped by Glenn. He was fantastic. He cut all the timber to size for me and was a great help with showing me what to do and how to do it. With his help made a complete outdoor kitchen from formply and the doors with marine ply and it looks fantastic. Thanks Glenn :)

Always get support from the team members, Just ask staff then they will provide you with support . I don’t have anything to cut at home so always asking them to cut for me. Great service. Thanks guys

We were in a big rush last night and had no clue about what hose connection we really needed, Chris from landscaping saw our distress and asked if we were all good, from that moment in we knew we where in good hands! He help diagnosed the problem and got us our right part! So grateful for his knowledge and his help last night. Thank you Chris in landscaping!

Huge warehouse store for all your DIY projects. Warning: you’ll find tools and other items that you had no idea you needed. This particular store offers a hire shop, an outstanding paint section that will assist in matching your hard to find sun bleached color scheme, an order ahead and pick up service, and even a courtesy trailer to get those things home. This place even has a decent cafe!

Bought a new Victa mower on Sat 29/7 and had trouble assembling it.
First shout out to the gent who helped me with the purchase and second and very importantly to Tim who helped me assemble it today.
Huge props and thanks. Was patient and got it set up. Gave tips on maintenance and then it worked a treat this arvo. Hopefully management see this and acknowledge his work.

Excellent customer service great store location, parking galore on site. very experienced staff assisting with enquiries, especially in the tool store area. Bought a pack of power tools they had on special. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful Bunnings store.

Ok don’t usually leave a review but though I needed to.went into today ask a young man for help as I’ve had a hernia opp 6 months ago. Needed 6 bags of tile glue and a few things he was happy to get them and put into my car. Didn’t get his name wish I did. Thanks once again.

West Gosford Bunnings is larger than life, now with better quality products, well set out with friendly staff. Just need more staff:

1. On the checkouts, so abolish self-service checkouts,

2. To clean and maintain the toilets.

My husband called the store to double check stock for a entrance door. Told there was 4. When at the store spent considerable time as door could not be found. Thanks Adam once you were on the job it all got sorted and with perfect customer service. Thank you.

Dogs can go in the trolley and water bowl inside the entrance doors.
10/10 Staff are really helpful and nice to deal with.
Cheap prices, a staff worker in tool shop notified me of cheaper priced item also.

This place is huge and it has everything. The kids' playground is nice too.
Today, I went in to look for a bolt and I met with Sallee and Pat at aisle 13. They went above and beyond to explain what I need and also helped me to find potential shops that might have it. Although went into Bunnings, I couldn't find what I need but their amazing staff gave me an alternative which didn't seem like I wasted my time there. Thank you, Sallee and Pat for your great customer services!
