I had a fantastic experience at Dan Murphy's, deserving of a five-star review. The store boasts an impressive selection of wines, beers, and spirits, catering to all tastes and preferences. I had a flat tyre outside their outlet and asked could I wait inside out of the heat for the NRMA which was for 90mins.
The young lady gave me a stool and then a knight in shining armour by the name of Steve, asked me if I was ok.
He then went out and changed my tyre in all the heat.
I will never forget his kindness and I congratulate management on hiring such wonderful and caring staff.

If you are heading into Gosford it is setup well for a quick stop.

Loop around the back, plenty of parking and pop back out on the road after the traffic lights. Quick quick.

Good layout in store too. Large floor plan gives it extra space.

Not my local, but been a few times and it is the best Dan's on the Central Coast I have seen.

Great app, the best prices and fantastic service makes it an all round awesome shopping experience, from the moment you place your order until the very end when they deliver it to your boot. Dan is the man!!!

It's starting to get a bit cooler so was after advice on red wines. The guy that helped was fabulous - took into account my budget and tastes. I've started with this Cabernet Sauvignon and I love it!!!

Always had good friendly service and has parking

The staff was very friendly and helpful, i was looking for specific brand of beer but can't find in their store. One of their employee approached me to assist and look for other alternatives as such brand wasn't available in their store.

On top of that at checkout their other employee direct me to sign in Dan Murphy loyality card that leads me to save $3.

He could have not bother to ask me for signing loyality card but his attitude depicts he care about customes.

I'm in the carpark writing this review because I cannot stress how lovely every person we interacted with here was. We were making a very large purchase and there was someone to help us at every step along the way, including even helping us loading up our car. Shout out to Fred!

Dan Murphy's West Gosford is a great place for anything refreshingly delicious and alcoholic. Plenty of really friendly staff to help find you exactly what you need for the weekend benders or just a Friday afternoon BBQ with mates.
I stopped there twice in two days and was greeted pleasantly and found what I wanted and was on my ways.

Not my local, but been a few times to others Dan's and dan's at west gosford it is the best Dan's on the Central Coast I have seen. Especially mr.steve was he was so helpfull and so friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Best part of this place.. the staff.. very knowledgeable, friendly and just always wanting to help. There's a young man that does serving/tastings, his name escapes me.. but he should be the star employee and like travel around to teach ALL Dan Murphy staff how to deal with customers. Spent more money and tried new drinks only because of him. ( "Tasted" alcoholic pub squash, tingle vodka, mojito, margarita all in cans, I was with my daughter in law )
