Michael is one of the most helpful, patient customer services people I have ever met. He patiently spent time with me to choose a chair for my study. He then took it to my car, undid the box and helped with most of the assembly. I am an older person and really appreciated his care. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is a credit to the store. I needed a couple of printing jobs and the young lady could not be more helpful. She even assisted me with choosing the frames and fitted the posters

to purchase A2 cartridge paper and a sleeve ( which I know nothing about) a young man named Perry went out of his way to help , beyond all my expectations

I just had the best customer service experience by a young lady in the photography department called Brianna. After ordering the wrong size of an important photo online she did all she could to make sure I had the perfect photo for the day. She was understanding and very professional. She is definitely a valued employee to your store.

I am the one handed Nana lady who shopped on Monday 5 December with scant knowledge of watches.

Returned an office chair under warranty today. Exchanged for a more expensive model. The staff on duty today were most helpful, polite, masked, carried stuff for me. I am very impressed. Well done Officeworks West Gosford staff.

Ok, they DO answer the phone, if you call in the evening. If you're planning to use their scanner to digitise old prints, don't bother. They admitted the equipment was old and were planning to update it. I had scratches appear after awhile and it often scanned crooked no matter how carefully I stacked the pile. I gave up in the end and actually bought a scanner. The 5 stars is for the product knowledge and service I received from Joshua? Jason? (Tall young guy with dark hair). He was brilliant, and I'm no easy sell. 😀

The staff are very helpful and convenient. I went in to buy a laptop but it had been out of stock for a while; the lady told me when they were expected to be back in stock and then gave me a printed quote just in case the price changed. (I don't know why but my review ended up posted to Anaconda, so I'm just copying and pasting).

It's a world class store. I recently bought a new surfboard here and it is excellent and was good value. Highly recommend going here if you want to buy surfboards for good value.
