They designed my kitchen, ripped out the old one and installed my new kitchen. They also offered and managed all other trades necessary, the entire kitchen renovation was made with clockwork precision. Communication in all areas was perfect. Very happy with my revamped kitchen.

Massive lack of customer service skills, extremely rude, was scheduled to complete onsite work, never turned up. When I contacted him his response was that he just couldn't cope to which I suggested that a courtesy call would have been suffice, to which he responded bad luck and simply hung up.
