Had a really helpful interaction with Tanya one of the receptionists there, she went above and beyond to help me in a really stressful moment in my life and was so professional and thoughtful throughout the process, it really made my day. Very friendly staff

I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful medical centre up here in regional Victoria!The reception staff are champions! I tried to get an after hours appointment last week which was tough due to the impact COVID has had on all clinics and health services- but they genuinely will attempt to move mountains if they know you’re unwell and I’m so grateful for the excellent care.
Dr Kara and Dr Lucy are professional and interpersonal doctors and are my fav!

Dr Renee Chan is such a thorough and lovely doctor. I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful to have a local clinic that is not only easy to access, but has caring and knowledgeable doctors.

These reviews are unfair and should be ignored. We are a young family and have been using this clinic for 8 years . Three kids = many visits! Yes, on the rare occasion we have waited 20+ minutes to see a doctor. It is blatantly unfair to give a 1-star review because of this. The doctors and support staff are hard working and always helpful. They are doing a tough, thankless job in a big country town that services a very wide area. Keep up the good work.

Dr Kara Methven has been a blessing in disguise. I took my 10 year old daughter, recently moved to Australia, to see her, in order to consolidate my daughter's immunisation records and to administer any outstanding injections. She is a fantastic asset to the profession and the practice, who, immediately, put my nervous daughter at ease, with her caring manner. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the service offered by WMG. I was promptly scheduled for an appointment and was seen by Dr. Roger Chamoun, who is a huge asset to the team. I've never had a Dr. who has genuinely cared so much about the trajectory of my health, or finding a solution for my health issues. Thank you so much :)

Very fast and efficient Tanya at front end is always very nice and professional and has time to entertain my daughter thanks so much.

Kerrie in reception was amazing, quick, efficient and sorted what needed sorting in a professional manner. She is also quite funny......

Have seen several doctors here myself and for my children, all were very knowledgeable, helpful and no problems at all.

I'm from out of town - this was my first visit. Exceptional medical attention for my busted-up finger. Thank-you.
