Great store has everything u need

It is my supermarket of choice for home deliveries but i want to make a special mention about the delivery staff. It is a pleasure to have them at my front door with always a smile, laugh and such a ki nd manner. They deserve a special mention.

I was surprised to know that this Coles was open till midnight in spite of being in a small country side town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at checkout was nice enough to recommend a few nice places to visit when we asked her.

I was trying to reach a box of strawberries and accidentally a box of blueberries fell opened , all across the floor . I felt embarrassed (and called for my mum to come help me , but she acted like she didn’t know me 😂) any i started packing them up , when another shopper and a Coles’ staff came to help . After we finished , i asked the staff for the blueberries , so that i could purchase them . But she insisted i dont have to , “ these things happen alot” she said . I thanked her and walked away . I found this an act of kindness that represented the population in coles❤

Moved to the area not too long ago and this is our local grocer. Love how much quieter it is and there is no coin trolleys! I've been lucky to almost always get my stocked items especially when they're on sale, at previous Coles I was rarely fortunate enough - could also do with the different census, so different needs?
Friendly staff, and helpful. Even on the summer holidays when it's packed, I can manage to find a carpark, and they open extra registers

It's a large well stocked Coles store. There are staff around to help, you just might need to find them in the other aisle. They certainly had everything I needed & it's always clean & well organised.
I also had polite helpful staff at the cash register. There's also self serve of course.
Plenty of parking outside & there always seem to be trolleys available just in front of the Coles entrance.

Always great staff are friendly helpful and very professional. With product lists at the end of each aisle makes items easy to find. Produce is fresh and the Roast of pork worth the 55kilometre drive.

Fantastic service from everyone here from the Deli to the person packing the fresh fruit and veg to the lovely checkout ladies. Well done to you all. Service with a smile and gelp to find goods if needed.

Favorite Coles. Clean with a great range. Do our monthly shop here, good prices for the country, lots of stuff always on sale and a great range, especially for a country store.

great supermarket - great range and size - very good fruit and veg and the meat section also - steaks are terrific -
must be local - not many staff in the aisles but you get to know the layout eventually

Get a special bargain for seafood when they wanna close for a long holiday 😍

Love shopping at Coles, out of the other major grocers. You should be extremely happy with all the workers there, they make the experience that much better.
Renatah is an absolute asset to your company. She's a lovely lady, passionate, so polite and kind, and always resolves any issues. She always seems so happy to see you and I always leave with a big smile on my face. She truely goes above and beyond.
