Morgan was fabulous. We had an urgent, unique need and he stepped into the breach after he was supposed to have finished work. It meant we were able to complete the Great Victorian Bike Ride. Thanks Morgan!

From the time I walked into the shop to see if they could help repair a buckled wheel, to the time the work was completed, was approx 30mins (including me driving home to get the bike).
While one person was repairing the buckled wheel, the other was making sure all other components of the bike were safe to use.
Will definitely visit again if I have repairs or to look for a new bike.

Great staff who went above and beyond. I needed to get gravel tyres on my road bike and they went over backwards to make it work. Really appreciate your honesty, tenacity and customer focus. Thanks guys.

Incredible customer service:

They filled my drink bottle for me as they could tell that I was thirsty, attached my new basket for me and oiled my chain free of charge. They truly went above and beyond.

Also a very tidy and nice store. Sitting on a couch in air conditioning while my bike was being serviced was perfect on a hot day out riding

OMG - what life savers - these guys are just ace! I popped into the mechanics tent at the Bass Coast Cycle Challenge with a problem with my bike computer and they not only fixed that, they tightened my front wheel bearing and replaced the cable on my front brakes (which weren't working at all) as well as pointing out the need for a new chain, new front bearings and rear break cable (non-urgent). All of this was a total surprise to me as the bike had been to the local mechanic in Melbourne 3 times in the last 4 weeks (clearly they are RUBBISH) and they had not only failed to fix the problem but had "missed" a whole host of issues. So full marks to the Wheel Heat team - not only did they fixed my bike in the 20 minutes before the start of the event, they did so at no cost and with such a happy and cheerful disposition. They were also available to support riders enroute with emergency repairs - what absolute champions!

This is a great bike shop. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff. Great range of bikes and gear. Great mechanics behind the scenes. Give up the cheap options at the big department stores... go here and get value, follow up and peace of mind.

I have had the most amazing experiences with Wheel Heat. First of all, when my friend and I were riding to raise money for the Great Cycle Challenge - Morgan serviced both our bikes free of charge to support our cause (which was amazing)! This year during Covid - I was struggling with back issues and unable to get treatment for it due to restrictions. I was trying desperately to get a Cross Trainer to help alleviate some of the tension in my back without impact. Morgan and Kelly graciously offered to source one for me and then worked tirelessly to get one for me even though there were issues with delivery and transit (due to Covid). I could not be more grateful. They are so friendly and always ready with a smile to assist any way that they can (although due to masks unfortunately their smiles are hidden). Kelly is just amazing - she worked her butt off and kept me in constant communication with regard to getting me a cross trainer. She went over and above and I appreciated everything she did. And when it finally arrived they delivered it to my door, fully assembled. I could not more highly recommend this awesome team! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys are brilliant. I brought my daughters Merida MTB bike in with the brake issues. We were heading out for a ride and the brakes had seized. The guys at Wheel Heat helped me on the spot and replaced the brakes so we were able to go riding within half an hour. Thanks for your great service and understanding. I went in today with a bike that was making a funny noise, they fixed it straight away. So lovely and friendly. Highly recommend! My only regret is not buying a bike directly from them. Lucky they can fix my current one!

Hired 4 bikes for a ride on the Bass Coast Rail Trail. Very helpful and friendly staff. The price for half day hire was really good! Highly recommended.

After returning home from a 1000km bike tour to Sydney these guys did a great job tuning up the bike again and fixing a broken gear cable, The bike feels like new again. It took a while to get seen to, but that's completely understandable with all that's going on with covid these days

In the times of the pandemic gripping our country and the world it’s a little harsh leaving a bad review on the only bike shop on the basscoast.

With difficulty of getting stock and dealing with a wide variety of bikes out there and the pressure of retail in these times its tough.

So maybe if your from a metro city maybe you need to remember this when visiting us in regional Victoria.

Regional towns and the people running the local economy do a fantastic job in the whole.

I think Wheel-heat do a good job in small shop with a large range of products catering for most of your cycling needs and staff that always try their best.

Great selection of bikes and knowledgeable staff. Owner has a heart of gold and donated a couple of bikes for our kids while my wife is getting cancer treatment.

The shop has moved a few kilometres to Dudley South at 323a Bass Highway aka White Road. Knowledgeable and very efficient staff assisted with our bicycle needs (we have cycled 8000km in last 6 months in 4 states.
