BIG W Wonthaggi

This is surprising a big store with a wide arrange of goods. There was plenty of space to walk around and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking out the front of the store to.

It is a really great store. It is very clean and easy to find what you want.

Great store with everything you need

I was interstate without Internet connection and needed to extend holding time for an item purchased instore at my local BigW. This was done efficiently over the phone. Thank you.

I purchased a TV online, that was unfortunately not available in store. The staff at Big W Wonthaggi contacted me early, informed me of the situation and were very helpful in offering alternatives and helped me explore other options, as well as offering a full refund. Staff reserved items for me to inspect when I came into store, and helped me identify a new item that would meet my needs (and it ended up being cheaper than the price I paid originally). I couldn't recommend them enough, their service went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected, and they were wonderfully supportive and helpful.

Has great things at good prices. Bought two cheap fit bits and Ty (behind the counter) was wonderful. Today I bought a couple of knick knack. Undies, trackie dacks and tshirts at $3.

I am very glad this store is still around. Better stocked and with a much better selection than Kmart nearby. Still with a decent car, garden, pets and book range that Kmart refuse to keep. Clothing is pretty good for the prices. Also heaps of Games music and movies which again Kmart lacks. Ample parking out the front staff are very friendly also.

Staff are really friendly, it's easy to walk around with a cane and they have a variety of sizes for the clothing. Good if you are plus sized!

Just went into BigW this morning looking for something then a guy asked if he could help. His name was Masuda & the front end lady said he was the New Store Manager he was very nice 🙂🙂

Good place. Better than it was before they intervened and talked to me after a few staff treated me badly for being Deaf. Staff are much friendlier now

Great never a problem with anything ...

As a visitor to Wonthaggi, I am writing to compliment the Staff member in your Book Section. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the books on display. It is very obvious that she is an avid reader! Thank you , your store has an excellent selection of books for all ages and this is enhanced by competent staff.

Its huge with everything you need under one roof is a bonus, if its not stocking up on household cleaning products, its updating the linen and towels in the house, to birthday presents for the kids, learning books, crafts and story books and of course update the families wardrobes. This bigw is big, better and has a lot to offer. If your a local or passing through head in and be surprised.

I had an idea on what I wanted our engagement invites to look like but had no idea how to do it. I asked Chris for help and he took the time to explain and show me how it works. They have turned out better than I expected. Everyone has commented on them. I've told everyone to go see Chris when they need anything done as he's the best!! Awesome customer service!!
