My brother and myself cannot thank Dom enough at Gardenia Funeral Services for the most professional, very personal care and amazing funeral service he arranged for our father. Dad told us he wanted Gardenia to conduct his funeral before he passed, his choice was so correct. The service was absolutely perfect, every aspect was amazing. The venue divine, flowers gorgeous, suggested celebrant so right, with exactly the right tone to reflect our dad’s life.
It was a fabulous tribute to our dad, thanks to the attention to details attended too by Dom . We are so proud of the respectful and meaningful send off we were able to give our father.

Michael from Gardenia Funerals turned one of the saddest days in my families lives, into one of the most beautiful and memorable moments. When our family lost a husband, father and pa, he helped us to hold the most memorable send off for him, and gave us the freedom to make sure that the funeral was exactly like how dad would have wanted it. We felt supported, guided and understood by Michael and we could not have asked for a better person to help us through such a difficult time in our lives. The hall where the funeral was held was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere felt serene and peaceful. Michael and the team from Gardenia Funerals made saying our last goodbye absolutely perfect. Thank you very much!

From the start to the finish of organising my father inlaws funeral was just an amazing experience. Dom was wonderful, respectful and very kind to us all. He even offered ideas and made us feel comfortable. Thanks Dom for your personal attention. It was truly appreciated.

One year on and l can not thank Mitch and the team enough words can not really express how wonderful and supportive Mitch and everyone was . In a time of such great loss Gardenia funeral Home , gave myself and my family the support we needed to ensure we gave our father a heartfelt goodbye. Then to follow up on Dad anniversary just showed how sincere they are . It meant a lot .

The staff here are fantastic. Noone wants to go to a funeral, but they make it bearable. An amazing service, wonderful amount of respect for the grieving family.

My family and I could not recommend Gardenia Funerals highly enough. From the time Dad passed away in July 2020, to us being able to celebrate his life 5 months later, the team have been beyond amazing, helpful, kind and caring throughout the process. From our first consultation with Kelly and Mitch who made everything so seamless at the time Dad passed away, and Michael who was an absolute rock star in helping us prepare the perfect send off for Dad 5 months later, and Sue who was helping him out on the day - everyone has been wonderful.

My experience of the staff at Gardenia Funerals (Melton) was excellent. They were empathetic, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my mothers funeral went smoothly despite some logistical challenges.
In particular Michael Cox really added a human touch, making sure we felt supported and didn’t have to worry about the small stuff too much.

My fathers funeral was held at Gardenia Melton on 13th dec 2021.
We had the most caring and positive experience with Tom taking us step by step through the process. He was absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble. Tom the family of Peter Willox wish to thank you for a beautiful celebration.

Thought my hardest time, these guys where truly amazing. Strangers who now I would call friends, gave me calm and heeling planning a special day for my beloved. True grace and care start to end. Every detail was perfect, a great celebration of life. I could never say thank you enough for making Stan's day, a day that he would have been proud of.

Can not Thank Tom, Mitchell and Carolyn enough for the beautiful ceremony for my Dad especially given we are in the middle of a lockdown. Tom was so understanding and really listened to what we were wanting for our Dad. Highly recommend, by far the most caring experience we have had.

Thank you Tom and Michael for assisting us with my father's funeral. Your support and organisation with all the arrangements is greatly appreciated. Ensuring that we gave our father his farewell and granting our requests to lay him in his final resting place which he so greatly deserved.

Our Beautiful Grandfather passed away on the 5th of May. Between all the grandkids We searched around everywhere to ensure we put on a deeply heartfelt send off for the man that we loved dearly. From the moment we met with Michael through such a devastating period he tended to our every need. Nothing at all was challenging and every little detail was managed with the upmost care. He is a caring person that takes care in his work and it truly shows. He's a credit to himself and in the way he operates.
