It's a really great store packed with all the camping and outdoor gear you will need. Hardware, vehicle needs, kitchen stuff, garden stuff, outdoors clothing and much more. Including van and camping trailer hire. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

A bit of everything in these stores. And they know where everything is. Just ask.

This place is great & the the people that work here are phenomenal. Absolutely top notch customer service!
I didn’t realised they were closing early for good Friday & got there less than 1minute before close. They kindly allowed me in regardless & even moved around the things stored in the lanes for closing so that I could navigate easily.

One of the young girls (didn’t catch her name I’m afraid - she had brown hair in a ponytail if that helps) assisted me. She asked questions to narrow down exactly what I was after & showed me a range of items. She understood exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately my budget was a bit tight so I asked about any cheaper version, she called over someone with more expertise to assist; a lovely older lady who I believe was named Tracy(?) for her expertise and Tracy(?) recommended the exact item I’d been looking at & then proceeded to give me an *amazing* discount on the item so I could actually afford to purchase.

I couldn’t be happier with the service, knowledge and kindness shown to me, it’s people like them that make you come back time & time again - they definitely deserve a raise!😉

Rang for a camp table set-up that I could only get in regional Victoria as per catalog directions.The young lady over the phone was very helpful to check on stock ,and got the all clear.I told her I was coming from Melbourne and offered to pay over the phone as it was the last one.She told me that she would have it on hold for me.I was very greatful and was on my way.When I got there I couldn’t believe the amount of stock in this place,so I found I on-hold item and bought a few extra things .The service with 3 of the staff was excellent and l left a happy customer 👍👍👌👌well done on good old fashion customer service.Regards Mick from South Morang .

I love this store, it’s got just about everything you need, the range of products is unbelievable, if they don’t have it in stock they’ll order it in for you, extremely good prices on outdoor equipment such as eskys, fishing rods, tackle and the staff are great, very polite and extremely helpful, I definitely recommend this store, it’s like a mini Bunnings but better
