Best pies in Victoria are here. And salad sandwiches are very fresh. These pies are above and beyond the pies you find in other bakeries, lots of Premium meat filling and flakey pastry make them quite tasty.

I'm always on the hunt for a good pie and was driving past Grist and pulled over. Very very glad I did. Had a bacon and cheese pie and was one of the best pies I have had. Filling was good but the pastry was next level. Nice and flaky but still moist. Great job guys I will definitely be back multiple times in the future!

Pie pastry is fantastic it was very flaky and crispy, they have a great selection on their menu, my wife enjoyed the apple danish. Staff was very friendly I would go back again for sure.

Got the mushroom and steak pie and a coffee.
Pie was how a pie should be, a good size and tasty. The coffee was good too, plenty of seating as well.
If i was a local i think this would be my 'go to' spot

Well we’ll. I didn’t expect that. The best egg and bacon tart ever had in my life. Alas the great coffee has become just a side kick. Well done guys, you can tell you love your work ❤

Easily the best bakery in town. Gorgeous pastry on the pies and the cakes have this rustic home made quality about them and taste amazing.

The shop was absolutely packed and the staff did great keeping up and offered to replace a pasty for my friend when he dropped it just after paying

Great little bakery with a huge selection at really good prices. Bread is delicious and my pear frangipani tart was fantastic.

Had a delightful stop and this bakery today. Wow, what an amazing experience. The home made pastry encasing their pies was an experience within itself. The fillings just as scrumptious.

The desserts made on premises were also overwhelmingly delicios.

This bakery must go on your bucket list and should be winning gold star awards.

The pastries are to die for!!!! I now think about thier almond croissant daily. It is literally the best almond croissant I have ever eaten and trust me, I have eaten many!!!!

What a wonderful bakery. My wife and I stopped in at Wesley Hell Bakery - Grist on our way from Bendigo to see my father in Mt Egerton We simply wanted salad rolls for lunch, but what we got was far from simple. What we got was EXTRAORDINARY! The rolls were newly baked and light, and every salad item burst with flavour and freshness. Up there with the tastiest salad rolls we have ever tasted. The service was also wonderful and friendly. Thank you, WHB - Grist, for satiating our lunch time desires 😋😋😋

This bakery is just up the road from the town centre but is the one of the best I've been to in years. The coffee is a perfect taste and temperature all the different types of danishes and pies are the best I've ever had. Well and truly worth the visit. You'll buy everything in the shop 😄👍😋

My coffee machine stopped working so I dropped in to try their coffee. I was pleased to say the coffee was fantastic and the service friendly. Highly recommend!

I stopped in on my way home to Melbourne and tried a sausage roll. It was absolutely divine, the meat melted in your mouth and the pastry was light and flakey. I could not recommend this small bakery anymore, try it you won’t regret it!
