The Den Adult Concepts

My wife & myself visited the den for our first time last Saturday, we where very nervous but the lady who looked after us made it really easy to talk about what we wanted and what things we where into . 10/10 we will be returning again very soon and PS : you were on the money with the bullet I purchased thank you

I had a pleasurable time visiting your store your female staff member made me feel very comfortable , I will come again and hopefully it will be a night she is on great customer service

Customer service 10/10, selection 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, eye candy behind the counter 10/10. Looking forward to my next shopping spree

Clean, organised, standard range of products. Below average customer service for an adult shop. This business seems totally focused on creating a space for cruising, which is great if you’re looking to hook up. If they want to make the shop a more inclusive space, the staff need to work on their attitude to customers.

Anyone who rates this dump above 1 star must enjoy living in their own excrement.

be aware, they add card payment surcharge 1,9% without let you know first, doesn't matter we spent lot off money in this shop they still hungry & greddy to rip of the customer, this is my last time to shop at The Den, go shop around, many other shop a lot cheaper than The Den

Terrible experience , wouldn’t even give it a one star. The short old male who served us was just straight up so rude and has no sense of customer service. So disrespectful.
Avoid at all costs

Guys - be careful with buying poppers from this chain of adult stores. I have had severe damage after using poppers from this store. I have created a website - thetruthaboutpoppers - where I have had a severe reaction ever since using it - Please check out the site - if you have ever purchased poppers and have had any reactions - please keep the bottle and let us know on the website so that we can send to the appropriate authorities. Truth is - you have NO IDEA what's inside the bottle

All the way from 30mins away only to find they were closed at 1130 when they advertised on google that they were open until 12.. disappointing 😞
