I went in today with my son,after being to numerous other stores at Pacific fair searching for smart tops and pants . We were offered little to no service until we reached this store. A wonderful young man by the name of Connor greeted us and offered the most sensational service I have encountered in a long time! He helped fit out my son with 2x pairs of trousers and 2x smart business shirts and a belt . This young man went above and beyond and never stopped smiling!!! We will be back and thank you once again for all you help today !!

The service provided by Amelia was outstanding. She proactively retrieved styles of shirts that looked better on me while I was trying other clothes in the change room. There was also a pair of shoes I was interested in but the store no longer stocked my size, so she rang another store and managed to secure the size that I needed. I didn't even ask Amelia to do these things, she took the initiative to look after me. Will definitely be a returning customer.

A fantastic organisation! Great service from beginning to end of the process. Karli was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find the perfect suit for my occasion. I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff at Connor. I have been here multiple times and always had a wonderful experience. As a woman shopping in a "men's clothing" store can be extremely stressful wondering if I will be judged or treated differently once someone realizes I'm shopping for myself. I have never felt they were unsure how to help or that they felt strange working with me. Everyone has been beyond helpful, welcoming and friendly. I couldn't ask for more. I purchased a jacket and pants from your store, and I would like to pràise your sales lady Amelia for outstanding service, she indeed went the extra yard in serving me. The jacket I wanted was not available in my size at the Pacific Fair store, she contacted the store in Burleigh Heads and personally picked it up for me ready for me to pick up today, along with the pants that she arranged to be shortened. It's very rare these days to get excellent service, and I want to convey my appreciation to Amelia for this.

Amazing service today at Connors. Kristen(think that what her name was) helped pick what I wanted and extremely friendly service. I had trouble doing Afterpay for the first time in store, I had to tell her I'd come back til I figured it out and she had got all my stuff and put it near by til I came back.

The best shopping centre I have seen. You must visit.
