Big shout out to Danni at Auburn branch. Went to buy replacement wiper blades for my car this afternoon. Not only was she kind enough to check what I needed, she was able to help with right ones for me, and fit them. 10 out of 10 for service, advice and customer care

I had a car battery emergency today and Anthony graciously fit me in for a new battery installation, even though it is almost their closing time. Highly recommended this place!

First time visiting the store for a cabin filter. Amazing service from the girl at the front counter, both over the phone and in person, she is very knowledgeable and reliable checking part numbers etc.

Great store, bought a pipe wrench here around 2 years back wearing torn, sweaty, old clothes whilst riding a ratty bicycle. They didn't even raise an eyebrow, I'm a brown man with a beard and had unkept hair and they were all fine with it -not sure whether it was because I was in Auburn or not but I was glad not to be pulled aside for any 'random checks' ;)

Thank you to the incredibly helpful staff member who changed my headlight and parking light bulbs - in a KIA Carnival this is a massive undertaking and it was a really hot day with no shade. After pulling everything apart just to get my headlights out he then went and found what bulbs I needed then installed them. All I had to do was pay. Was ever so grateful.

Supercheat Auto Auburn is easy to find along Parramatta Road and off raod parking. Good service. Stocked products are well labelled. Stuff knowledge of their products is perfect.

I ordered online for an in shop pick up. I was notified by text very quickly that my order was ready to pick up. I arrived at Supercheap, showed them my text message & my order was given to me right away. I even got help to take it to the car. Excellent service.

I wanted to change the Wipers and Headlight Bulb, after purchasing the items, the items were not for it but big thanks to Hoang, for wonderful service to install, headlight and wipers and counselling provided.
Service is wonderful, glad I made it there.
