The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and they have the most incompetent staff working there. Mistakes were made on several occasions and I had to chase them, no apology or explanation was provided when I asked why an error was made. Due to staff incompetence the renovation was held up because they lack organisation, they don’t care and take zero pride in their work and reputation. I also witnessed staff be rude to another couple and when the couple left and said “thank you see you later” the two staff members just looked, no acknowledgment whatsoever, disgusting customer service! Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare.

I visited the trade side of this business because I was looking for a specific wedge washer for my toilet cistern. I received horrible customer service. They had no idea of what I was talking about and had little to no interest in checking the sample I brought in. The older of the 3 employees sat behind his office chair making stupid comments instead of trying to help. Whoever owns this shop should teach their employees some basic custumer service. Just because I am a woman and I showed up in casual clothes it doesn't mean I don't know what I am talking about nor it gives your employees any right to treat me the way I was treated. I left laughing in disbelief. I am sure you don't treat men in workgear the way I got treated or you would have had to shut your doors a long time ago!!

We werent greeted, wandered around the showroom for about 15mins. Male worker and friend or another team member sat at desk talking then their conversation turned to racial comments about a customer. By that stage I was over it and we left - lost a $7,500 plus sale and will never return.

Terrible Customer Service. Called & spoke with lady in office on 18/4/21 regarding part needed. She requested I email her the details and she would reply back confirming receipt of my email and look into getting the part needed. I did this and did not hear back from her. I called twice on the 21/4/21 plus emailed again. No return call or email. Out of frustration called again on 24/4/21 apparently she was again busy. The gentleman on the phone said this lady told him to tell me I must email the toilet manufacturer direct. Not impressed at all!!!
