Your experience and knowledge is surely at par and your articulation in explaining the situation is incredible. Though we are regularly seeing you ever since, i couldn't stop myself in writing this recommendation so others could benefit from your service.
You are more than doctor to us, a friend whom we can rely any day for advice and treatment.

Just a little improvement if i may offer is the reception handling phone enquiries and though they are swamped with work i guess, they are the first level of interaction with patients. I am used to it and as soon as i say my name they know, perhaps for new patients, they might take time to adjust:)

Dr Khan is the most caring and understanding doctor. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your problem by giving full time and attention. Best place !!!

Dr Waji was fantastic however feedback around contact.

Unfortunately 1 of 2 forms I needed signed by Dr Waji wasn’t signed (a mere oversight it happens and I should’ve also checked in the centre). I rang reception, explained the situation and asked if I could scan and email the form through for Dr Waji to sign but was told their email was broken and that they don’t do that anymore. I have a deadline to provide these forms for combat sports NSW which could be in jeopardy. Due to work, coming into to rectify this and then sending of the forms will take another two days for something that could of been resolved the same day had they had a working email contact.

Dr Muhammad Wadud is a good doctor, very thorough and informative.
