Aldi Quakers hill is my go to grocery store. Specially beacuse it is in the neighborhood and great quality stuff at reasonable prices. I have had to exchange/return a couple of items and it has always been a smooth process, despite not having the invoice (once!)

Aldi is Aldi - typical three stars.
BUT it is the staff at Stanhope Gardens that gets the 5 stars. Super efficient and customer friendly.
My experience at Kellyville hasn't been great, ever. Stanhope gardens was a surprise time to switch!

I had to return an item and I didn’t have the receipt, they called the manager and she got the details of the transaction and looked for it then printed the receipt and refunded the funds all in 5 mins, great service

The cashier was lovely and smiling and was willing to have a chat with me as she scanned my items. It made my day and as a result i have shopped here a few times :)
